Worst service and buffet ever. I went in this Saturday afternoon with my family. The old lady (hostess) at the front was busy playing game on her iPad. When we got her attention and asked some questions about pricing for kids she pointed to a sign in the corner that showed price per hight of a child. After we have got seated waiter came up to take the orders for our drinks. We opened the cup to check on the kids drink and there was something black floating. We asked the waiter to get a new one and he felt very disturbed by the fact that he had to do another run to grab a drink. His service was not any better. He started being polite and chatty when kids go the ice cream and he brought the check. The food was ok. Egg rolls had some sour taste and some other food was there for a while yet other half of the buffet was empty as we got there between lunch time turning into a dinner I guess. It was 2 pm. To keep this short. I would not recommend. I asked tot all to a manager and the hostess grandma pointed to the corner without saying a word. I went to that counter and a child looking like 19yo was sitting . I asked if he was the manager and he replied kind of but not really. So there was no manager to be found. I questioned him why did we get charged different amounts for adults and for children when the posted prices say otherwise. He told me the prices posted was for mon-fri. there was no other prices for weekend. SO not sure why they would have that poster up with price that is not valid for the weekend. and at the from pylon sign they advertise ad 6.99 lunch and 7.99 dinner. Price is not a factor for me as I paid what they charged me. Would not return for sure. would rather drive some place further but get a better service and food. This is truly the case where I can say I got what I paid for.

I cant speak for no one else I can only rate my experience level. I have been Googling some all you can eat sushi buffets and they were just extremely pricey like $19.99 to like $25 so I kept looking and thats when I found Panda Hibachi Buffet and the reviews to me were good review not everybody is going to have perfect reviews so I decided to go and just push my luck and Im glad I went because for one the lunch buffet price is $6.99 and I thought that was a reasonable price they have sushi there and a lot of other different varieties of food my customer service experience was excellent I love the fact that my waiter continued to check for me like literally every 2 to 3 minutes which is awesome my drink never ran out every time I got up from the table to get more food when I came back all my dirty plates were gone because as soon as I left she came and pick them up and that is excellent customer service she was bubbly she was nice I really enjoyed myself today I took myself out on the lunch date and I really enjoyed my me time while my husband is at work so like I said I cant speak for anybody else and other experiences one may have had their but I am here to tell you that you should definitely go to this place they are professional and they have 5 Star customer service I will definitely be going back.

Look lets be real people - its a Chinese buffet. Anyone going out to similar style buffets restaurants while seeking gourmet food... are likely the same morons who bother to complain that their McDonalds French fries were cold - after a 15 minute drive following their drive through visit LOL! That said, what separates buffet restaurants which outright suck to those worth bringing the family back for the 5th time that year, are: cleanliness, quality of food, presentation, proper food temperature, price, variety of items, and service. Panda Hibachi Buffet largely meets each of those benchmarks. Finally, I especially enjoy their wide variety of sushi and like the fact that they are open till 10:00 (or later) each night. I could nit-pik and suggest slightly more attentive service (like when I cant seem to find melted butter for the crab legs or needing an extra set of chop stix), but for the "all you can eat" good food at what I think is a ridiculously cheap price... try and beat a similar style dinner outing.

Literally, have bee going here about once a month since they opened. The food was fine, until today. Everything I had was cold and gross except for the teryaki chicken and dumplings. Everything else had clearly been sitting out for so long, it was disgusting. I do almost never complain, but I felt the need to bring this up to the "manager"... Who isnt even a manager. He told me that is just how the food is cooked and i have to pull the food from the bottom. Um, no. Because as I was attempting to get some fried shrimp, a cook came over and poured the new stuff directly on top of the old stuff. No thanks. I offered to wait until they cook some fresh chicken, he said there was nothing wrong with it. Literally, if you threw it at a wall, it could have shattered. Not only have they lost a customer, I will be sure to tell everyone I know how awful it is, and hell, even call a health inspector. Just disgusting. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

The food is terrible, hibachi was the only thing that was somewhat fresh. The sushi had been sitting out for quite some time. The server would not leave us alone for even a minute. She brought the check after our second trip up, guess she saw us getting ice cream and figured we were done, I wanted seconds on ice cream but felt completely rushed. After she the check she stood behind me and staring so hard I could feel her eyes on my back. My husband paid as I tried to finish my ice cream, she brought the change and stood less than 3 feet away just watching us. I was done and stood to go to the rest room she rushed over and looked at the table and said "where tip" ! I couldnt believe it and could only respond with "HUH" mind u my husband was still sitting down and I had planned on coming back to leave the tip and drink the rest of my water ... This was the worst service and food ever dont go here

My experience with this buffet was horrible the vegetables in the yellow rice was hard the meat was cold and then when we went to check out they charge me $4.00 for my 1 year old who eat off of my plate witch was only a couple of noodles I told the lady why am I being charge $4 for my 1 year old she said that she will only charging me 2.99 I ask her why she basically didnt eat anything and only 1 years old she told she dont understand me I ask her what the age they start charging she walked away and left me with the ticket. Then when she came back i gave her my card to pay because I was upset and just wanted to leave when I got my receipt she charge me 4 instead of 2.99 like she said.... this is ridiculous and I will never come back to this place. What restaurant chargers a 1 year child.
