On March 22, my team and I stopped in for lunch during a break from our convention. We were seated by Mechelle (I hope I spelled that right). She got us an additional seat to put all of our bags in so that we had more room at our table to eat! It was incredibly sweet!!! Our server was No. I honestly cant say enough about him. He was prompt, unrealistically polite, and funny! The food was AMAZING! He was refilling our drinks before we even realized they needed it! Additionally, one of the members at our table received some emotional news during the meal that brought her to tears. We thought nothing of our location, but Mo noticed. He went and grabbed her a dessert, said he was hoping it would cheer her up and keep her from crying any more that day. Which made us all laugh and awe! He continued to thank us for doing business with them and wished us well on our way out. After years in the service industry, he TRULY epitomizes fantastic customer service! I honestly cant rave enough! Thank you!!!

The menu items were very tasty and I was glad they offered gluten-free options. However, before going I contacted the Hyatt B-Line Diner via Instagram to verify that they served gluten free pancakes. They said yes, and I was very excited! However, when we went to eat dinner just after 5 p.m., I was told the kitchen would not make my gluten-free pancakes. It wasnt a "dinner item." However, they lunch menu states it is an "all day favorite." That is a lie. If they are going to charge 14.50 for pancakes and call it an all-day favorite, I should be able to get it all day. Also, the coffee shop down the hall serves gluten-free blueberry muffins in the same wrapper as the B-lines regular blueberry muffins but you cant get the gluten-free ones there! The coffee shop closes at 4, so it is impossible to get a good gluten-free desert after 4 p.m. I was glad they offered gluten-free, but it was just at the wrong times.

I tried to find something on their menu that didnt have a lot of things that I hate to eat. Ask for a chicken breast plain she wanted to know sauce? I said No! I wanted playing meet only! I received a badly cooked peace of breast that was pre sliced and burnt, chicken jerky! Then I wanted apple pie. She asked ice cream? I said No! She asked heated? I said yes please. It was not made on site and it was terrible. I will never recommend eating at this restaurant ever!

I have aren here for years and absolutely love it! I usually order either the feta jack burrito with chicken or the mahi-mahi tacos, both of which are wonderfully delicious. Ive had the quesadilla with chicken which I also find amazing. They have beautiful deserts in their display case too, as well as a fine beer and wine selection. The atmosphere is modern quaint, and its usually nice and calm inside without too much of a crowd. The staff are very friendly.

Eggs Benedict, Corned Beef Hash and their Heavenly Pancakes made with cake dough instead of pancake dough are very, very good. They also have a Blue Plate Special 5-days a week for lunch and later in the day, which is superb for $18.00. They have a great Chef de Cuisine, Cory, and very experienced and creative line cooks like Francisco and John. I have been eating here at least weekly since 2003 and never had a complaint.

Absolutely fantastic. The food is brilliant, if a bit pricey. The atmosphere and decor are perfectly planned, like the rest of the hotel. The food is sort of pricey, but frankly so is everything on International Drive, starting with the $200-$400/night Peabody Hotel in which this diner resides. The staff was courteous and friendly; the food was outstanding; the interior was great. What else is there?

So far I have been here twice, the first time was just for dessert, the "Better than Chocolate Mouse Cake" fits its name perfectly, as it was sensational, my mom got the red velvet cake and loved it. The second time, I got a hamburger and I give them points for cooking it how I asked, but it was flat and kinda stale tasting. Still, I look forward to returning for more desserts.

I just want to say a couple things about this place. First I wanted to thank everyone for making my friends and I feel completely comfortable. The service was great and so was the good. Eduardo is an amazing manager leading a great team. Because of him, the staff, the service, and the food is what keep me coming back every year. Thank you once again

Great service and great food. Weve always been pleased with this place, as it gives a 1950s diner-type feel without being over-the-top about it. Theyll even validate your parking ticket (valet too!) so that you can pop in, grab something to eat, and head out, 24 hours a day.

The best of "diner" style breakfast. Bruno the waiter was great. Funny and friendly and kept my coffee topped off. . I came from the Doubletree each day to eat breakfast here before going to the convention center.

We love this place however our server was not good this time. The rest of the staff was wonderful. Our server needs an attitude adjustment. The breakfast was great as usual.

Went in for a quick dinner...it took about an hour. Food was not that great. The French fries were cold and the burger wasnt very good. Also very overpriced

My favorite place to eat at 3 AM when everywhere else is closed (other than crappy franchise places like Dennys, IHOP, etc). Great food and great service.
