Just your typical Panera Bread; it doesnt deviate from the chains cookie-cutter mold. The reason i removed a star though is because it is always utterly FREEZING in this Panera!! I meet students there for tutoring and without fail, every single time i sit down I feel so cold I could swear I must just constantly be sitting under an A/C vent. Due to this issue I have to keep a winter NorthFace jacket in my car....When i say its cold here, I mean uncomfortably cold. Within minutes of sitting down, I start sniffling as if i had been walking around in New England winter temperatures. Not only are my students also clearly uncomfortable with the temp, but it makes it hard for them to focus as they (understandably) get more and more fidgety the more the cold temperature settles in.

I usually love the healthy options here but on my first and last visit to this particular location I ordered the mac n cheese for my daughter and and she took a bite she got a big piece of half melted plastic in her mouth.. When I went back up to the register to showed the cashier what I found and she just offered to ring me up another one so I asked to speak to a manager who was very rude and questioned me as if I put the plastic in my daughters mac and cheese. When if you looked at it you could tell the plastic is what was sealed over the bowl that the mac n cheese came in and whoever prepared it did not pull the plastic off all the way and it ended up inside our food. I wish I had gotten the name of that manager but needless to say I will not be going back.

Friendly manager this time, and a better experience the second time around. I happened to be there for the fresh cinnamon rolls and the lady manager ensured I got 3 of them. I have visited this Panera twice in two days and the second time made up for the poor experience previous, except today 1/27, was a very bad experience and my orders were not in the regular soup bowls, but in takeout paper bowls, very poor quality of bread and poor service. I could tell the staff was overworked and understaffed. After mulitple visits to this location, every experience is different, so I can only say that after my experience today, this Panera is not up to the standards of the hundreds of other Paneras I have visited in more than a dozen states....

The last two times we were there, they were out of the strawberry purée for smoothies. They served us expired cream cheese that was over a month old! Panera in general is not gluten free friendly. You would think they would offer some things because there are so many eating gf these days. Overall, I have had too many bad experiences here and the manager just looks at me like they could care a less. Other locations are much better and I have never had bad experiences like I have had at this one. They also have different girls working every Sunday. Most are new and inexperienced. Must not be a nice place to work if the staff change so much. I was a regular every Sunday and today was my last

If I could give no stars I would. I came in the other day with my son, and I had never felt so judged in my life. I guess the 16 year olds you have working there had never seen someone with colored hair, tattoos, and piercings before... I got nothing but attitude. Im visiting family here and never in my life had I had such terrible customer service. Im not one to complain. But this is definitely one for the books. Maybe you should hire more colorful people and your work place wouldnt be so judgemental. Its a shame.. I my son and I love your guys Mac n cheese, but I guess well take our business somewhere else. Sad day :(

They ASK for tips now! This literally ruins the vibe. On top of that they dont even open on time. I just spent 10 minutes outside while some employees meandered about inside. I ended up leaving. Theyre food costs a premium; I dont expect to be asked for a tip for counter- serve, but I do expect this place to open on the dot. I left, came to a local diner that deserves my business.

A bit overpriced, the parking lot (which it shares with Starbucks) is small and often crowded. The interior is a bit too bright for my taste. All of those points aside, the food is good. Im quite partial to their soup, personally. Their pastries tend to be a lovely treat, especially their kitchen sink cookie. However, I still dont quite think its enough to justify the price.

This location is outdated. It only has 2 outlets in the whole place, outside included and there are no self serve tablets so you have to wait in line and instead of having the same person get the pastry items right there for you your ticket goes to another line. Then the girl the my ticket away and they didnt remember my order.

I had lost my registration at this location, and wasnt even aware of it. Had a minor fender in rear lot. Today I received a call from Haley, the manager on duty. She told me when she has time she goes thru lost and found and called me that she had it. She is a great addition to that Panera. Thank you so much Haley.

I ordered the Southwest Chicken soup. It was about the worst soup that I have ever eaten. It tasted like a combination of beef bouillon and Worcestershire sauce with some vegetables and Chicken in it. Didnt like it at all. The service as always was good but I think some of the menu items need to be revisited.

Its Panera bread people! Hazelnut coffee will have you bouncing off the walls if you have enough of it, and you should try the sierra turkey sandwich. Delicious, and ask for extra,sauce because you will want to drink it with a straw! This location is well managed, clean, and has a fun team.

Good variety of fresh and healthy food options, though it tends to be a bit expensive for what you get. We usually come here to grab some lunch, usually a salad, sandwich and small bowl of pasta which comes out to roughly $30... The food is generally fresh and served quickly.

I love this place! The bread and bagels are fantastic! The coffee drinks are perfect - hot or cold! And the atmosphere is very comfy! I find their system a little confusing and awkward, but they still get a 5 star rating because the staff is friendly and cheerful.

I ordered the new chipotle avocado turkey sandwich with a cup of their famous and scrumptious broccoli and cheddar soup for lunch. The food came out quickly and hot! Food with good flavor and healthy!
