These people cant seem to get the order right or LISTEN to the customers order. My boyfriend went in to get me some dinner on a rainy day. I work at McDonalds as a second job so I know how fast food is. He ordered a BOWL of mac and cheese and a read bowl with the potato soup for him and then another soup for me. we received a CUP of Mac and cheese. He then was on his way home and noticed the mistake and turned back around where the worker was not enough to give him a free cup. Super nice right? So he gets all the way home and notices that we have no bread bowl, just the soup and has to go back. RIDICULOUS!!!!! He even Paid for a bread bowl because he was so frustrated. This is not my first HORRIBLE experience with them. They dont even deserve one star! Get your crap together fast food is not that hard!!! I know first hand.

Ordered a grilled cheese with munster and cheddar and the vegetarian creamy tomato soup, and it was a disaster. The grilled cheese came out soggy on one side and only had cheddar in the middle so it was very grainy, in addition to the bread being flattened with obvious holes where fingers had punched through the crust and my boyfriends salad being doused in about half a gallon of dressing. The staff was very rude about remaking it, and when it came back out it was burned, all the cheese had melted out the sides and burned, and it stank suspiciously of bacon. The place also looked it had been a considerable time since someone had actually cleaned it. The only real positive was how the manager handled the refund. Hands down the worst Panera experience I have ever had.

I came in 30 min before close and the manager on duty completely ignored that I was there and head nodded to another employee to take care of me she was busy cleaning. He was on his phone at the front counter it took at least 3-5 min to even get acknowledged. it was very rude and Im not one to write bad reviews. I told him next time greet a customer when they come in or at least notice they are there I even said excuse me he still took a couple mins to respond what a jerk so I walked out and told him i would tell people about how i was treated he commented "I dont really care what you do"

I will never go back to this place again two times in 30 days I placed and order only to find out when i got back to my office that my Iced chai tea Latte was not with the rest of my order but it was on the order I paid for them. When I called back the fist time this happen to me I was told come it and we will give you a free Latte. FREE I PAID FOR IT!! the next and last time the manager took my name and told me to to let them know and I could have a replacement. I will go in and pick up my two FREE Lattes and never come back.

Been here several times. Its wonderful for a long lunch break at work or studying. The food is always fantastic, and the teas are absolutely wonderful. Love that theres refills for tea and coffee - definitely makes it worth the price, especially if youre sitting for a bit. Theyve also got a fireplace running in the winter which is just lovely.

We grabbed our food to sit and eat in but we couldnt eat and had to leave because of the bugs. They were swarming our food and the drink was incorrect. Will not go back. $25 for bug covered food is rediculous.
