I have searched all over Ocala for a Chinese restaurant that provides everything I want, and THIS is the ONLY one that does! All I can say is AWESOME!!! Delivery is important to me because I have a long drive to get home from work, and the idea of driving all over town to get something to eat does not appeal to me. And Im sick and tired of pizza! Zhang Garden not only delivers, they are FAST, and the food is HOT on arrival! Sweet and Sour Chicken that consists of huge, tender and delicious strips of chicken, with breading just the right thickness, and deep fried golden crisp! FANTASTIC! General Tso Chicken that also has huge, tender and delicious strips of chicken, with a sauce that is the perfect consistency and excellent taste. (It could have been a little spicier, but the family member that ordered this can eat Habanero and Ghost peppers like candy, so you cant really judge by that). VERY LARGE portions! We got two meals out of everything we ordered, and we ate until full each time! Please, please, please, if in the past you had a bad experience with this restaurant, give it another chance. A change in ownership can do any business a world of good, and this Chinese food is the best Ive found in all of Ocala. Were getting ready to order again right now!

BEST CHINESE FOOD IN OCALA!!!!!!!!!!!!! When were in the mood for Chinese food, this is the place we call. We live about ten minutes from the restaurant, so I call our order in just before I get in the car, and its always ready when I get there The sweet and sour chicken with roast pork fried rice is great, especially if you get a side cup of sweet and sour sauce to pour over the rice. Their Chinese donuts are wonderful, as are the fried dumplings. The quantity an quality of the food hasnt changed a bit over the many years weve been ordering their food.Food tastes far better than most Chinese food in Ocala plus they are consistently good and have never messed up my order. I typically get combo meals. They are located in the Publix plaza on the far left end. Its best to call ahead but there are a few tables to sit, they sell beverages too. There lunch specials are very cheap and filling for when you need a quick bite to eat. The restaurant overall is very clean. I love this place and practically eat here everyday almost. The staff are very friendly. The delivery drivers are very fast and polite. This place feels very home like. They definitely have the comfort food feel. I would never go anywhere else.

Well...Ive eaten here for a good while now and always get the General Tsos chicken. Taipei Garden WAS my favorite until they switched things up. So I was thrilled to finally find a replacement! Generally Im not a reviewer unless I have a really exceptional experience or a really poor experience. Unfortunately its the latter. I recommended this place to my brother and family based on my previous experience. We ordered General Tsos, honey chicken, curry chicken...nothing was great. I can only speak on behalf of the Tso and while it was subpar, Im not usually one to gripe; no one is perfect. However, my brother called in and gently explained the situation telling the story of my recommendation...the guy on the phone was cool but the manager or whoever was above him was not willing to offer a refund OR even a "come in next time and its on the house". This is why Im writing this review. Im fine with things being off one night and would have come in again later not thinking a thing about it...but once this conversation occurred as it did, I wont eat there anymore. Or perhaps Ill stop in and explain my experience in person.

Ive been eating here for awhile now and have loved everything Ive tried the general tso is delicious. The kung pao chicken awesome. The szechuan chicken phenomenal. Let alone the chicken fried rice which is a nice change from the typical pork fried rice from most chinese restaurants. I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant the customer service is exceptional the deliveries are very fast and the delivery driver is very nice and customer friendly. The lobby is always nice and clean. I highly recommend this particular restaurant. Best Chinese food around the ocala area

We ordered General Tsos chicken, Wonton soup, Honey Chicken, Curry Chicken, egg rolls. Tasted like General Sours Chicken, Super Spicy Curry, Wonton was watered down a lot. We have eatin there many times and have had several issues. The issue here was when I called to have my issue resolved the Manager said that it would only taste the same so he wasnt going to remake it and that he wasnt going to refund it. I dont recommend this place due to poor customer service alone. Manager didnt seem to take responsibility for their mess up! This happened on 9/16/16

I would give this a zero if I could, ordered food a couple hours ago & the food was terrible!! Undercooked and no taste. When called to say I was not satisfied, and would like to return food & get a refund. I was not happy. I was denied, & told that was my problem. Thats not the way to do business. Terrible customer service. I would never ever order here again. I will also be sure to tell my friends & family not to go here.

Honestly dont see how there can be bad reviews about this place, I think people just want to complain about every little thing. Ive ordered here 50+ times in the last few years, NEVER had a bad meal and they give you plenty of food. It would be an absolute joke to say that this place serves bad food. I recommend the sweet n sour chicken as well as general tso chicken, garlic chicken, and sea same chicken. 5 STAR FOOD !!

Cleanest chinese place in Ocala! Me and now everyone I know eat here all the time. Its much cleaner and more sanitary than any chinese place I have been to. The food is delicious, the employees are friendly and its a comfortable environment. The delivery guys are always polite and very fast and I always try to tip them whatever I can. Much better than Hot Wok or China Top.

I placed an order and was told 20 minutes until would be ready to be picked up. My husband went to pick it up 30 minutes later and they could not find our order because the cashier never had it made. They made no effort to compensate us or offer to deliver to us or anything else. I placed orders at least once every other week and will no longer be ordering from them.

Did not deliver our complete order...when called to rectify the problem the solution I was given is "we can credit you next time you order" ....we paid for food we should have received it or money back not some "rain check" not to mention took almost an hour and a half for them to deliver a partial order

I practically got ran off the road by their driver who ran a red light, I chased him and he went 80 down a back road!! i went in person to tell the owners what happened, and they didnt even care. Shittiest place if you ask me, watch out for the white ford ranger, he will run you off the road!
