The food is okay ribs and rice are good , wonton soup, egg role etc are not good. The reason iam writing this review is because they have really bad customer service. Went in order BBQ ribs with shrimp fried rice with two other orders for lunch so I can take home to my family. Their lunch service is very pricey, had to pay extra because the bbq ribs werent on the lunch menu and unpaid extra for shrimp fried rice. I was starving didnt eat all day and it was past 1:00 so I got home and saw that they got my order wrong. They gave me chicken wings instead of the BBQ ribs(the other two orders were correct). So I called them so they can credit the difference in my cc since I didnt get what I wanted and was very disappointed. They said they will deliver me my BBQ order for free. I speciaficalky said multiple times I am not driving back because I didnt have time to and I didnt want to drive back and they said they will deliver it to me. So I said ok fine. In the mean time I tried to wait but was so hungry began to eat the shrimp fried rice and when the delivery guy came he asked me for the chicken wings order. So I told him the truth and told him I can not give it back because I began eating from it. So he said then I have to charge you for the chicken wings. So I said no fine keep the BBQ ribs because I am not paying a cent more. By this time I was upset and no longer eat anyway due to all this. I told him listen just have them credit my card like I originally asked for because I did not request for you to deliver this to me. And he needed to call them because he said that they are not able to do that etc. I offered to call the restaurant myself and then he said no here I will give you the difference I called them already. He went to his car and tried to get all the change he can gathere from his car. Anyway this is too long I will not bore you with the rest long story short, no ribs, did not get full refund and he left without giving me anything. I called the restaurant back and all I got was bad rude service with no compensation for my wait time and short changed on my refund.

Firstly, let me start off by saying I have been ordering from this restaurant for years. A few days ago, I was waiting on my order and a another customer was placing his, I stood right where you could see the kitchen. I always have a habit in watching how my food is made. The customer that came after me order was being made.The worker(she) took out some chicken on a stick from what seems to be the fridge, while she was maneuvering it , one fell. Quickly she looked around to see who saw it fell. We made eye contact, while the food was still being made I notice she kept making eye contact with me. I had a doubt. When I got my order I was curious to see if she would watch me leave and she did. Luckily, the door is reflective. Guess what I saw, Yep as soon I turned around she quickly picked up something from the floor(I assume)that fell and through it in the frying pan. What else could it be? Judging from her body language! I am sure that what it was. DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY. I looked for the customer to let him know but could not find him. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

After having just moved from NJ and being only about 1.5 hours from NYC I was desperate to find some decent Chinese food (especially after hearing from other people that moved from NY/NJ swore it was ALL bad.) My family and I went here oimur first day living here and we loved it! The prices are fair, the food is decent (not overly fried or oily,) and the staff is super sweet. It reminds my husband and I of the restraunt we loved, (the food was great and the staff was also very kind,) from back home. Definitely hits the spot when Im craving my eggplant and garlic sauce or any tofu dish! Its nice to have another good food place close by when we are feeling lazy, and I really like that it reminds me of home. :)

Disgusting restaurant! Our chicken wings were burnt to a crisp and the manager refused to give me a refund! Horrible, nasty attitude. The egg foo young was tasteless mush. After the poor treatment and disgusting food, I will never eat there EVER again.

Ordered the lobster fried rice, only to receive one piece of lobster and imitation crab meat. When I called to talk to the lady she hung up on me. Terrible food terrible service. Wouldnt ever eat here again.

Mediocre food. Very basic carry out Chinese establishment. Not very impressed. Lots of other Chinese options in area. If you randomly picked one, you would most likely have a better chance at good food.

Best take out in town, huge shrimp in garlic sauce is amazing! Im a foodie trust me when I tell you to go try the garlic shrimp!
