Its Taco Bell, so the food is pretty good for being a fast food restaurant. Im sure you all know what Taco Bell tastes like, so Im not sure why you are even reading this review. Now that I think about it, Im not sure why Im even writing this review. Anyway, my kids love it so we go here a few times a month. Our drive through orders are rarely correct, so we typically eat there. For some reason, it takes forever to get your food here typically. Getting the right food makes it worth the wait though.

Ordered smothered chicken burrito and steak quesorito. 19 minutes to prepare food as a dine in customer. I noticed several people coming in to correct drive through orders and 2 separate dine in customers become irate and frustrated. Wait time was long. Upon receiving food...everything was fresh and tasted great. My meal was good. The inside of the restaurant was clean and everyone appeared to be following health code as they prepared food.

My fiance just came home and said he has never been treated like such crap until he just dealt with the most rudest cashier at the window. My fiance never complains so for him to benupset infuriates me. The manager should watch the video of the woman throwing the food through the window on 04/17 a little after 4pm. She is lucky I wasnt in the truck. I would have embarrassed her and belittled her like she did to me fiance

I agree with everyone, this Taco Bell is way below par. They are super slow, never had problems with my order except the food was skimpy, and the very slow service. Ive quit going here because if the poor service and long wait times. I mean super slow, Ive timed it several times and it averages 4 to 5 minutes per car in drive through, thats ridiculous. Overall terrible location.

Took around 5 minutes to get two chalupas and when my order came up they had extra stuff on the tray. It took another 30 seconds or so to get someones attention to get the extra stuff off the tray. The chalupas were made perfectly though and the steak was moist and flavorful. Food is always great at this location, but the service is nothing to write home about.

Horrible and just keeps getting worse waited 10 min For old an old taco that fell apart when I picked it up a quesadilla that was supposed to be steak not chicken and fiesta potatos had like a drop of cheese and there were at least 5 people standing around doing nothing I dont mind waiting but for old ass cold food Im not happy at all

I dont eat taco Bell very often but I was extremely disappointed to find out that they were "out of beef". How do you run out of beef at a taco place on 4th of july? Half the menu is beef products! Im a manager of a fast food restaurant so I know that you have to order more than you usually do during holiday seasons.

They skimp super hard on everything. The special burritos for happy hour are $1.29 outside of the time frame and theyre less than half the size of a beefy 5-layer. Theyre flat and incredibly disappointing. It took three feedback reports and fixes for them to start making the 1/2 lb Potato Burritos properly.

Poor training or they need retrained. Do not adhere to correct way to prepare items. Do not ask for all the sour cream to NOT be ALL at one end of burrito unless you want an attitude or a ramble of excuses.will never return...i dont eat burgers but will go next door(mc Donalds) instead of this dump.

When it first opened, there were lines around the building and people waited (happily) almost an hour for their tacos, just because it was something new in town. After the newness wore off, it became just another Taco Bell. Still offers a different option from subs, chicken, or burgers.

Just went there 20 mins ago and had the saltest food in my entire life. I dont know what they did to the taco meat but it was so awful I almost threw up. Attempted to call them to let them know hey someone should probably taste it there.. But phone number just goes a fax tone. Fail...

Got there 5 mins till they closed and they still had someone they were getting a order for but would not help me i timed it sat there for 8 mins then went by the window when they were give the person in front of me there food and they started laughing. Really inappropriate

This would be a great place to open a Taco Bell. After messing up my order at the drive thru (no straws and one entire combo missing) I then waited a half hour inside the restaurant for them to get my order corrected. Terrible. Lazy. Lack of customer service.

The place is busy all the time. The food is OK and inexpensive. When I am busy and dont have time for a sit down meal this is where I grab a bite to eat. The food is OK and the service is OK as well.

Horrible service. Walked in due to huge line in drive thru. Waited 20m for 2 soft tacos. While there I witnessed 3 of the 5 orders returned for being wrong. Management: you need help!

I cant believe how long it takes them to make a taco. Mc Ds is so fast, in and out, I could have ordered, eaten and been on my way in the time it took Taco Bell to get my food prepared.

The drive thru is a little slow as they dont use one of the windows but the service is decent and the best part is TACOS. End of story.
