This place is terrible!!!! I stopped last week and the service was so bad at the drive thru that three of us backed up and left after ordering because we were just sitting in line and not moving. I decided to try and give the place another try. Today was almost as bad. There is a contact number to call and the sign says "we want to hear from you". I called the number and after the greeting told me to leave my name and number and that someone would get back to me within 2 business days, a message came on and said that the mailbox was full and no messages could be left. What in the world, kind of place is this? Im going to try to contact Burger King "corporate" to see if I can file a complaint. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE AND ADVISE OTHERS TO STAY AWAY AS WELL!

One of the worst burger king Ive ever been. 1. They make you wait for 15 minutes to get a drive thru order. They honestly say that they are understaffed. 2. You will not get what you ordered. I did not get an item that I ordered. I couldnt stop by again to collect the missing items in the order as Im already in interstate going back home. 3. Called them and they said they will have General Manager call me. Never received a call 4. Called them back again and spoke to General Manager. General Manager says he will send me a gift card. Never received one 5. Called again and no response 6. Called corporate and filed a complaint and I was told that Regional manager will call me. Never received a call. 7. Off to BBB now! Worst location!

I give them no stars!!!!! I order a simple bacon cheese burger and a small fries which ended up in an altercation between me and a male employee who blatantly disrespected me, he threw the fries in my car resulting In grease everywhere. When me and my husband pulled over from the driver thru and we both went inside requesting to speak to a manager and a male employee lunged and got into my husbands face! He was erratic and appeared to be on drugs he then took off his shirt and threatened my husband to come outside. We called the police. NEVER GO TO THIS BURGER KING. THE MANAGER DIDNT EVEN CARE

This rathole should have been closed months ago. FILTHY is not enough to describe it. The slime and stench outside the driveup window has not been cleaned in years. It would take 2 days and a pressure washer to clean this filth. Over half the time they dont even have all the items on their menue. Four times now, I ordered sausage biscuits...... NO BISCUITS! The help is VERY VERY RUDE when you ask WHY they dont have an item. WORSE BK I heve ever seen. Why not close it and let Hardees or Popeyes or whomever try.........?

Very dirty!!! Greasy kitchen area. Food on floor. Only one other customer and every table was dirty with food and grease. 1/04/17 2:pm . They noticed us cleaning our table but continued to talk to each other. There was no concern of customer service and pride in their jobs. Went because of new tv ads. Buns were so old and crumbled. Very very disappointed!! Located next to a new WaWas gas station. Do not go Burger King!!!!!

Burger King? I have a suggestion, how-a-bout renaming these disgusting garbage pits to Botulism King? That would be a more appropriate name. These joints are are filthy, filthy, filthy. Why hasnt the health dept. shut the nasty BKs down? Go the McDonalds, at least its clean and the food is fresh. BK is nasty, nasty, nasty. Grosssssss!

Terrible management. Owner obviously doesnt care. 17 minute wait time at window more than once. Hardly anyone in the restaurant at both times. I love Burger King burgers, but they have GOT to get their act together immediately. I am going over to lodge my complaint personally and to go online to let corporate know.

Chris, Denise and Shymejka make you feel like you are in a small family restaurant. Rest of the staff is great as well. Very warm, very welcoming, very attentive. Never saw this in a fast food restaurant in the last 30 years. The negative reviews must be old, this is a different restaurant now.

Not sure whats happened to BK the last 10-15 years, but this location is no different. The people were very nice & friendly, but after going the one time, wont be going back...I dont trust the last time they changed out the oil, or how fresh the food is...ugh.

Omg where do I begin , the kids play are has mold , the ceiling has water stains . the food is cold and nasty , looks like drug addicts run the place . Lacks management badly , always empty due to the bad food . This place should be shut down immediately

They had video games (for free) in the kids area, which I havent seen in a fast food place in years. Also had an indoor playground, which is rare as well. The food is average but cheap. The McDonalds down the street is more popular and faster.

Went through the drive thru yesterday they gave my wife a cold whopper Jr. My wife asked for a new one, they Microwaved it. It was gross mushy mess. They admitted it, and gave us a refund. Never go there!!!
