I hate shopping here. The store is small, crowded, they dont have everything I need. The staff is not the friendliest either. Some are nice, but one cashier was just plain rude to me. I bought a bunch of yogurts here, and most of them were expired, some even 2 weeks past the expiration date. I realize that this is my fault for not checking, but still they should check to make sure that everything is good. The only reason I shop here is because it is cheaper than whole foods, and I go to UM and do not have a car, so this is practically the only place I can go. I am looking into taking the metro to another Publix, because the other stores are so much nicer.

I go to this Publix very frequently, I decided Not to buy from their deli again. People in this deli are extremely rude. Also, they dont clean the machine as often as necessary, the manager knows ,but cannot control the employees, they are always eating behind the counter too. I find this very inappropriate. It is really a shame because all the other employees that have helped me there, are beautiful people and have treated me really nicely. I hope Publix reads their reviews and can put an end to this deli situations as soon as possible.

The "10 items or less" lane is often long and slower than the regular lines. The fish area reeks of spoiled fish. I avoid the fish area and Im shooked when shoppershe dont avoid buying fish. The vegetables can often be a little wilty. The deli area is always crowded, unorganized and chaotic. At peak times, the parking area is clogged with drivers who are unable to efficiently navigate the lot. These same people are just as inefficient at navigating the narrow shopping aisles inside the store.

This has been my primary super market for the past six years. Customer service has deteriorated dramatically, with the staff becoming increasingly more belligerent toward the perceived, and untrue, wealth of their clientele. The intial language of trade has become spanish and when English is initiated, it is met with downright hostility. Cuando respondí de nuevo en español. Los socios están avergonzados y se disculpan. This is the closest Publix to the University of Miami and surrounding Coral Gables area, and due to its age, its not as large as some of the newer Publix locations elsewhere. Regardless, this is a great location for a quick pick-up of a few items - definitely check out the amazing deli and bakery. Most of the staff members are polite but some are just not there to be pleasurable. Tends to get a bit busy during peak hours.

Not my favorite publix to say the least. Customer service is super bad. It took me 30 minutes just to order a sub (only 3 people where in front of me). They had two ladies taking sub orders and both were talking away, having no sense of urgency for their customers. The ladies at the deli counter ignore you and carry on with their conversations by laughing and saying inside jokes. So rude and unprofessional.

This has been my parents go-to Publix for decades due to its proximity to our house and the manageable size of the store. That being said, newer and larger Publixes that have since opened offer a greater variety (though youll often pay for it in frustration in the parking lot). If youre going for weekly basics, this is a decent location to visit. Small, clean, and typically manageable in terms of crowds.

Horrible service, unfriendly and very rude employees. Bad experience shopping there. Defininitely go to another Publix, especially since the odds are their prices are much lower too. If you go to UM, the Whole Foods down the street is actually cheaper and their cashiers dont have horrible attitudes, or even the Winn Dixie nearby is good, just avoid this place.

Unprofessional rude management. It is a wise thing to be polite; consequently, it is a stupid thing to be rude. To make enemies by unnecessary and willful incivility, is just as insane a proceeding as to set your house on fire. This has to be the most unfriendly Publix Ive been to. The staff including the managers rarely greet you or even knowledge you. Their motto " where shopping is a pleasure" does not ring true at this location. It is also very small, limited options on things and very disorganized.

Wish the bakery was bigger. Its smaller than newer Publix stores, but the service is not bad at all. I shop there quite a bit and have never had any of the customer service issues that other people are complaining about.

Its a grocery store I was able to walk in find what I needed for dinner and walk out. I was the hero house because I came home with all of the right ingredients and it was all thanks to my trip to Publix

Not the nicest grocery store and the prices seem to be consistently higher than others in the area (including Target). I go for the convenience but do major grocery shopping elsewhere.

All the staff that Ive spoken with have been helpful, particularly in the deli. I shop here often, but they are a bit pricey. The sales they always have help make up for it though.
