I really really want you to be successful becaus i would miss le royal too much. I have been coming here over 20yrs that i can remember for the baguettes and fruit tarts, croissant.... I know you just changed owners and again i want you to be successful. Granted you are providing better customer service than previous owners but do not lie to me. Dont tell me things are fresh when they are not. I went at 7:30 in the morning, expecting the freshest baguettes, the smell of fresh baked goods, not the case when i tried breaking a piece of bread. When i see deserts that are so dry they have cracks, they are definitely not fresh. Say how old they are, sale at discount if you want but dont say they are fresh. I am disappointed, will try again in a month to give a chance to make changes before i give up because i would miss le royal if not there...

From being a 5 star bakery, the new owners are driving the business to the ground. Pastries are not fresh, bread neither. Expresso no longer with pana. Staff is not friendly. Everyone in the neighborhood is saying the same. Why would anyone buy a successful business and change everything from day one??

Great experience! Selected a fresh baked cake to take home. It was well received , did not last long, with many compliments. Also tried an assortment of minis - all heavenly. I highly recommend a fresh biguette, just the right combination of soft and crusty! Very pleased;)

Wow! They were so light, delicate, crispy, chewy, sweet goodness all rolled up into one. My favorites were vanilla, nutella and dulce de leche. Go there are try them they were amazing. Service was ok, but it looked like the girl who took my order was being trained.

Excellent. Ive been coming here for years buying my mother birthday cakes and the occasional croissant or muffin, but the macaroons and other pastries are amazing also. Definitely worth a try. They close on weird days so check in advance
