The customer service is not friendly at all. You go into the store and say good morning or afternoon they look at you like you are speaking another language. Most of them are not helpful at all. And dont ask for a balloon for the kids. You have to wait a long time to get it, if you do get one. If they do show up they have a nasty attitude. One or two cashiers is nice shame when they are so many of them. I stop going to this Publix and I can walk too this one if I choose to. I go to the one in Miami Lakes awesome they greet you and treat you like you are very important too them. Ask anyone in this store a question about a product. If they are not sure or even if its not their department the will tell you to continue shopping and they will get the item for you. Now that is customer service. Not having to stand their waiting for the employee realizing that they never even went to check on your request. You want to shop at Publixs were shopping is a pleasure go too anyone of these Publixs. Biscayne Blvd / Aventura / Miami Lakes / Pembroke Pines just to name a few that I have shop at good service and clean no boxes in your way.

This store has been remodeled. Its still not as awesome as the Pembroke Commons Publix. I wanted to buy some yellow squash. I noticed some of the squash was spoiled and I brought it to the attention of a worker in the produce department. He pointed me in the direction of a table that had more squash that was fresh. However, I observed that he didnt bother to remove the spoiled squash. To prevent another customer from buying spoiled squash, he should have removed it immediately. He just didnt seem to care. I think the employees could use some more customer service training and they should raise their standards.

On the 17th for the second time it is Publix they did not have whole-wheat sub rolls I had talk to somebody at another store close this is the second store is they ran out of hole he rolls and it other store the did try to look in the bread section and still couldnt find Whole-wheat rolls,but I was told by a manager at other store this still runs out of rolls because they used to work at the store ,it all had to do it they say it is to be bowls mostly in the bakery for this situation as a back up but they did not seem to attempt to ask the bakery department if they had such rolls

For the most part, I like this Publix. Everyone is friendly and eager to help, which one exception: the Deli department — specifically the part that makes subs. At 6:55pm, I ordered two subs for pickup at 7:20pm. It is now 7:44pm and Im watching the second sub being made. And this isnt the first time. At least the clerk acknowledged the error. Last time I tried to ask about my missing order, an older gentleman mumbled something incoherent and walked away. They shouldnt offer something called "Online Easy Ordering" at this location because it only sets incorrect expectations.

THIS LOCATION IS FALLING APART SLOWLY BUT SURELY. CASHIERS TALKING INAPPROPRIATELY IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. THE DELI SEEMS TO BE THE MOST PROBLEMATIC. TODAY A CUSTOMER WAS IRATE AND YELLING AND SECURITY WAS CALLED. THIS IS PUBLIX , THINGS SHOULDNT ESCALATE TO THAT LEVEL. SOME PEOPLE HAVE A MOUTH FULL OF GOLDS AND THEY ARE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PUBLIX?

I would have given them at least 4 stars if the Deli department showed better customer service. No one answered. I called several times. If it wasnt for the lady in customer Sevices being so apologetic, I probably would have given them a 1. Other than that the rest of the staff are friendly and its a pretty good publix if youre in the area.

This has been my neighborhood store for many years and I love the professionalism of supervisory staff, as well as their responsiveness to customers concerns. Of course, the other employees appear to be well trained and represent the organization. Its indeed a pleasure.
