This is the real deal Cuban bread, period, end of story! I own a food truck in the Cincinnati, Ohio area and we make authentic Cuban sandwiches. Our biggest challenge at launch was finding authentic bread. I worked with local bakers for months who got close but it just wasnt the real thing. I stumbled upon Jaguey Bakery online and gave them a call. The manager, Luis, was extremely friendly from the onset vowing to help me. He pointed me toward a baker in Louisville, Kentucky who carried his product. As soon as I started using his product our sandwiches improved and our sales skyrocketed. We have grown enough in the months since then that we now buy our bread directly from Jaguey. He ships them out regularly and promptly. We could not be happier with the quality and customer service from this bakery.

Avoid this place at all costs. Horrible staff who cant get anything right to save their lives. Could be a very enjoyable place if it had a new manager (who was extremely rude).
