I recently moved to the area and been visiting this coffee shop for a while now. Food, coffee are good but the service is terrible. Ive had several situations regarding service and kept giving the place a chance. I come here almost 3 times a week and almost every time Im there I see unhappy customers leave the place furious by the bad service they receive. Specially by a blonde lady called Claudia, who seems to be the owner. Shes rude, hardly smiles or greet her customers and does very little to find a way to make the clientele happy. Situations like customer asking for a "little more milk" on their coffee and she process to charge for less than an once of milk. People walking at 11:55 and to order breakfast and she will shout from the other side of the room "theres no more breakfast" when its clearly stated at the menu that its over at 12:00pm. People returning their coffee and she will ask, with an annoyed attitude "what about the coffee you dont like, this is the only blend we have!". I been working in the service industry for over 10 years and its very clear that everything she is doing and the way she treats customer is wrong. I gave this place many opportunities, Im off to find a new coffee shop. I hope she reads a little bit about service so her business will last longer. I will no longer recommend people to this coffee shop.

One of the TOP 3 places for coffee connoisseurs in the Miami area! They roast their own [Brazilian] beans "just right" (not over-burned like Starbucks, Lavazza, Illy, etc., so they can hide crappy beans in the mix) but light and nice, really enhancing the original flavor. I personally would prefer the roasting even lighter but the owner told me that people just arent used to that. (Disclaimer: Im one of those fanatic guys with a fancy grinder at home, etc.) The bakery piece is great too (baked right there) but though its fresh in the morning, its less fresh late in the afternoon, especially on weekends. Its a tiny and non-sophisticated place though, you wont impress a guest in that sense, but in any case, everyone Ive sent there the last year Ive lived here in Miami has loved the coffee and the bakery, so highly recommended.

Cozy, intimate feel for a coffee shop with super friendly baristas. The coffee is absolutely amazing and you can watch them make a latte with love. The pastries, however, will probably be what I go back for again and again. Best croissant Ive had in recent memory. Make sure to try the pastry sandwiches.

This was our daily spot for morning coffee and boy do they make it good here!! I stuck with the Americano and didnt get crazy. They use iPads during the checkout process which is always nice to see in a little coffee shop. Friendly and helpful staff too.

Sweets look great. But didnt try any. Hot day in Miami wanted to get a cold brew but it was a bit sour. Where as it meant to be smooth. Not sure if its the beans or over brewed. But wouldnt recommend the cold brew sorry. Fresh orange juice is nice though.

The worst chicken salad Ive ever had. Took about 30 minute and a few inquiries to get it. The staff is nice, although some dont speak English very well, so asking what my salad was a challenge. The atmosphere is cute.

My fiance loved her iced latte drink. She said she wanted to drink 5 more. The chicken empanada I had was tasty too. While we were there the place filled up completely with people, many of them clearly local regulars.
