Very nasty staff...we went there and we asked one of the staff if we can sit outside and she replied no we are closing Ive already stocked the chairs.... so we went back inside to get our order, and inside of the staff leaned his back on the door and LOUDLY SAID WE ARE CLOSE IN A NASTY MANNER..... the expresso was cold so then we told that same staff and he replied MY MACHINE MAKES THAT COFFEE AND I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TEMPERATURE....IN A NASTY TUNE....VERY RUDE....AND HE TOLD THE STAFF ON THE COUNTER AND TOLD HER TO REPLACE OUR COFFEE AND THEN HE WENT BACK TO THE COUNTER AND SMOCKED HIS HANDS ON THE COUNTER AND MURMURING....SMOCKED THE EXPRESSO CONTAINER ON THE COUNTER....AND THE LADY ON THE COUNTER AND SHE REPLACED THE COLD EXPRESSO WITH ANOTHER SAME TEMPERATURE COLD EXPRESSO AND STATED THAT " HE JUST WANTED A DOUBLE EXPRESSO" BUT THAT WASNT THE PROBLEM....WE DONT WANT ANOTHER EXPRESSO .....WE JUST WANT A HOT EXPRESSO....VERY SARCASTIC, RUDE.....WE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE......

This is the absolute worst Starbucks youll ever come across. Firstly, the people at the counter take forever, they have two registers and its always full, they have 8 employees working at a time and they keep people waiting with only one register running most of the time. The employees are ghetto and have no service or work ethic, it feels more like youre at the DMV than a Starbucks. Plus, the crowd is low end bourgeoisie, very tacky. The one on around 178 and Biscayne is much better.

It used to be a pleasure to come here almost every day, but since this black guy is cleaning the place starting at 9 pm, making lots of noise on the terrace putting up the chairs its not a pleasure anymore. And lately he is bothering everybody by listening to hip hop music through a mega boom that he holds in his back pocket literally disturbing everybody... This is my last time here... Stuff is great but the kiddo cleaning up every night messes up the whole thing :(

I visited this Starbucks because I enjoy the product and was from out of town staying at a nearby hotel. I read a review that said the workers were "ghetto" (?!?). They were black Americans but does that qualify a person as ghetto? The service was fast, my order was correct just as it is at any well run Starbucks or any other establishment....some people are just ignorant.

Another Starbucks chain. Cant go wrong with the coffee and other varieties. This location is nicely layed out. It has moderate seating, in the long high-top table style, with a few small couches. Not the best location for the student studier, but comfortable atmosphere the coffee drinker. This location has a very large covered outdoor seating area.

The garbage can was overflowing for over 2 hours, even after I spoke to the staff about it. The bathrooms are filthy and have no toilet paper. Poorly run Starbucks. Needs major focus on cleanliness standards.

Lines are always super long. But the service is always great, and the drinks are always served just as you ask. Theres usually always a place to sit, work, and enjoy your coffee. WiFi is always fast.
