They are one of the only coffee houses or micro roasteries in South Florida with Pour Over Coffee. Eternity Coffee uses the "one cup at a time" pour over method that is popular on the West Coast. Their beans are roasted on the premises using the Roaster in the front of the store. They have four Coffee beans that are grown in Columbia on one of the owners family farms. They also have an Ethiopian and a Kenya Blend. The Barista brewed my cup of coffee right in front of me with a Single Cup Pour over Filter and a pot of piping hot water at 210 degrees. Wow, it was a very smooth, non-acidic, and great tasting cup of coffee (I never put sugar or cream in my coffee). According to their owner and Coffee Barista Chris Johnson, they evaluate coffee based on dry fragrance, wet aroma, taste, acidity, mouth feel and after taste. Ive seen a few websites that evaluate coffee like fine wines, but never taken the time to dig much deeper than that.

Good nitro Cold brew, a bit bitter though. The rooibos tea kinda shame. I asked beverages to be served in glassware instead of paper and 1 hour before closing their rude answer was that they were about to close. I took a look a The roaster for curiosity sake, and a scream came out from behind de espresso machine. This is not polite nor respecful... After me, a dog and its owner entered and passed to The roasting area and no warnings... Wtf. So in one sittting, two warnings... Nice roaster though; hope it gets better attention than what customers do. Came a second time just to make sure what I wrote before was right. Wtf serving Cappuccino in carton crappy cups as standard and even asking for glassware they just wouldnt bother.

A couple of blocks from Bayfront Park, and a nice escape from hotel and business towers. Friendly, small linear space that includes a coffee roaster. Eight small round tables (half full at midafternoon on a Tuesday in May) and a couple of outlets. Three more tables on the sidewalk. Long and tall red velvet backed couch is one side of most of the tables. Mighty Leaf teas. Chai is from Oregon slop, but barrista without prompting offered to brew the tea in milk. A few pastries. Friendly staff. Alanis Morrisette album on at a reasonable volume.

This is the only serious coffee house in Miami. They roast all their coffee in this comfortable downtown miami shop and have the most intense espresso/ coffee bar I have seen since living in the west coast. Several coffee origins to choose from, Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia ect. Buy a fresh pound of coffee and they give you a cup of the same made on their pour over bar. Also the most skilled baristas in Miami. very cool! Check it out!!

Went in there for a cup of coffee, got the best service Ive experienced in miami! Very friendly batistas! And a nice atmosphere with the coffee roaster in the background and nice soothing tunes on the speakers! Long time since Ive had this good coffee, gonna choose this over Starbucks and other big chains anytime!

This is my favourite coffee shop in Miami. You will never go corporate ever again, I promise. Very large selection of beans, although I always choose the Iced Caramel Latte w soy milk, bc its just so delish. The owner is a super cool guy, really likes to get to know locals making it even nicer to stop by!

Coffee was pretty good! For those looking for a working environment, take heed - the place is a little small, gets pretty loud when theyre actually roasting the beans (which is really cool to see though!), and doesnt really have many outlets, so not the most ideal place. But the playlist is great!

The best cup of coffee I ever had. It did not even need sugar. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly when I asked for recommendations. Its not one of those uptight small specialty coffee shops. The ambience is cozy and welcoming. I will come here again and recommend it.

Great coffee for the enthusiast with lots of milk options. The only complaint is that the seating is a bit crammed and the music is a bit loud. Not a suitable spot for a private conversation, nor for business calls. Best for to-go cups.

Cappuccinos are good but managment is HORRIBLE. Owner is EXTREMELY rude. As much as I love a good capuccino I prefer to have it in either PANTHER COFFEE or MIAM bottique in Wynwood.

Good local coffee place downtown Miami. Its very good and very strong coffee with a big selection of coffee beans. They roast their own coffee too. They dont serve decaf though.

My go to spot in Downtown, great espresso. Not too much of a fan of their cold brew coffee. Out of the 3 times I have had it 1 was good, the rest were a bit bland.

Really nice. I love to see my coffee being roasted in front of me. The smell of fresh roasted coffee is simply the best. Well worth the time going to this cafe!

The best coffee shop and roasterie in Miami, probably in the whole state. The staff is very dedicated and knows a lot about the beans they are selling.

Its often difficult to find good coffee when traveling; however, I found Eternity Coffee and am so happy to have a pour over and a good place to work.

Rated Miamis best coffee. Roast on the site. Espresso was strong and smooth not fruity.
