This is the worst Starbucks in Miami Florida in the North Miami / Keystone Stone Point area. I have Starbucks every day and I always choose the same type of of drink . And this location can never never get my drink right, they are horrible and it is sad that i stay only 3 blocks away and I would by pass this Starbucks due to how horrible they make the drinks . Thats why I would drive either to the Starbucks in Miami Shores located on 95 th street in 2nd ave or I would drive another great Starbucks on 167th NE 1st ave where my drink is always always how I like it. If there was a negative zero star I would have given them that. Something told me not to come to this Starbucks on 135th st in biscayne but I told myself let me try one more time, and still a FAIL. And that is why Im giving this review. I WILL NEVER NEVER COME TO THIS STARBUCKS AGAIN

Extremely rude new person at the drive through. I have been coming to this Starbucks for years and today was the only day I have never been treated so poorly. I had a question about a new drink and she basically got angry because I had questions about it. She pushed over my order to another barista because her attitude is stank! I hope the owners or the managers of this location get to read this review so they can realize that lady should not be taking orders at the window. They should have her in the back making drinks so that her stank ass attitude doesnt overflow negativity into everyone elses daily life.

I wouldve put 5 stars if it wouldnt have been for my horrible last experience. This starbucks is great, the location is good, the employees are always more than perfect, but last time I went, that one employee was such in a bad mood that we were uncomfortable to order from her. She had no smile, made us feel like we were stupid while ordering with special requests on the beverages, as if everything was too much to ask. She def should have stayed in bed that morning and not ruin everybody elses good mood. Other than that, this starbucks is a 5 stars.

Service has gone down at this location. It has gotten terribly SLOW. I just spent 26 minutes in the drive thru during a time when its not busy. Just for ONE coffee which is usually ready when i finally get to the window, but today I had to wait 5 more minutes for them to make it. Unbelievably ridiculous!

99% good experiences at other Starbucks. The young woman taking orders at the counter at 08:53 on 16 April 2016 was inattentive, never acknowledged the two of us waiting in line and when she took our orders was just plain rude. Everyone else was nice so probably a one-off. Manager take note

Excellent, fast service and very friendly baristas. This Starbucks has improved enormously in the past few months. Not only was the service spotless but the store was as well. On my latest visits I stroke out 3 of 3. They were out of almond croissant all 3 instances

The best Starbucks Ive ever been to. The staff is what makes this place the best. Theyre friendly, treat issues so well, and remember customers names. One barista in particular remembers my whole usual order which includes drink specifications as well as what food.

The drive-thru girls are rude as hell and never get my order right!! I dont know how they havent been fired yet. Never a manager around when you need one! Unprofesional and so is the manager who locks her self in her office. Love Starbucks but hate this one

This Starbucks is amazing! All you people with your negative comments don't know what your talking about! The baristas are wonderful always wonderful customer service and ways smiling. I truly enjoy coming to this Starbucks at any time of the day!

Most of the time its a pretty good experience but they do have a huge problem with consistency when it comes to employees. But other than that is pretty normal for a Starbucks ... Oh yeah long lines for the drive-thru

I come here every day. You get a little discount if you have a Starbucks travel mug. Theyre fast and the staff if nice to talk to. They even spell your name right (most of the times) lol

Horrible service when its busy. Sometimes the wait is super long inside and drive thru. I ordered a green tea iced latte and got milk with all syrup and a powder at the bottom
