Awful experience. We had a party of 40, arrived to find a table with 23 seats, and they did not honor the event contract that was signed and instead made a series of compromises, meaning we waited over and hour and a half to order cocktails and over 2 hours before we even got to order our food. It didnt help that a part of 40 people had only ONE waiter!! When our waiter passed by, we asked if we could order and he shook his finger in our face like Babu from Seinfeld and told us "no" and kept on his way. All the food was auctioned off as well. I feel for him because that was way too much for one person, but that was not his decision to be left alone to deal with it. Irresponsible management all around. It was truly terrible service. The only reason we didnt leave was because our event contact had put down a sizable deposit to hold the tables. I gave it two stars because the food was PASSABLE. They obviously put money into their ingredients but then completely rely on that and dont try to season or give anything flavor. That was across the board for the bruschetta, pizza, and steak (which I didnt get a steak knife for, but was able to cut with a butter knife). Bar was awful.

I purchased the groupon for 4 people and went Sunday 8/2/15. I Called for reservations and was told by the hostess it was too late because they were busy and brunch was over at 2:45pm, (it was 11am when I called). Once we arrived we were told the indoor tables were for reservations and had to sit outside in the heat and tiny tables. The waiter was very nice but took forever to take our order and even LONGER to bring our food, as appetizers we ordered fruit and a salad, idk why it took more than an hour to bring!! Not to mention the entire time we were there the inside Tables were empty and brunch ended at 4pm not 2:45!!! Im not sure if the hostess was new or simply an idiot but I would not eat here again!! Food was simply OK we all had the breakfast skillet which had maybe 3 or 4 small pieces of steak, service is terrible !!! If youre going to have brunch here I suggest you make reservations a week early like I was told and hope you get a better waiter!

Came here for brunch with the family. They have a really good Groupon Deal going for brunch for 2. My family used it but I just ordered a la carte. They have unlimited mimosas for $20 but they are ULTRA sweet - way to much orange juice, so I passed. Their Eggs Benedict is very interesting - they dice up the Canadian bacon and mix it with chopped onions. It is very, very good and quite different. Unfortunately, the eggs were cooked through and through so there was no delicious egg yolk running down my English muffin but still, it was quite good. My cousin had the steak skillet and it was very, very good! The french toast is also very nice - battered and fried to perfection. The server took quite a while to get the bill to us but that was because he had to enter everything manually due to the Groupons, so no problem there. We were happy to wait. All in all, this is a great spot in Brickell and a good place to have a laid back Sunday brunch.

Martes 15 fui a celebrar con unas amistades de entrada me atendio el manager desde el primer momento nos atendio muy a la defensiva no llevabamos ni 10 minutos en el bar y nos enviaron la cuenta el chico nos dice que el la mandó a cerrar normalmente le preguntamos y con mala actitud nos dijo que no fue así... nos sentimos en todo momento bajo la tensión de él si mas no recuerdo el nombre era Reinier ...

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. The most hatred Ive experienced in a long ass time. I came to this place for a birthday dinner with about 10 ppl. The scum at the rope began letting se of the party inside but held all the black ppl at the rope. He lets every hispanic and blonde hair blue eyed person in. Now at first I didnt want to jump to conclusions so I called the bouncer and he told me to wait without any eye contact. After another 5minutes of being disrepected I proceeded to gain another bouncers attention, once again trying not to jump to conclusions. This guy walks right by me and lets in another 5 ppl. That is when I had enough. Mind you, me and my friends are not bums and dressed very well. Not to say our attire should give that establishment any right to act the way they did. I will never step foot in any of these!

Attended the San Sebastian festival last night and with all the complimentary alcohol samples from Rums of Puerto Rico Booth which was delicious buy the way, we wanted to put some food in our stomach. We chose Segafredo - Brickell who we figured could use the tabs due to the lack of paying customer at a free event. WRONG CHOICE!!! We were turned away and refused seating for the restaurant supposedly because I had sneakers on, most guests at the tables on the patio were wearing sneakers. They do not charge a cover to be selective and should be following Title VII rights and serve all. Do not recommend such a discriminatory establishment, felt I was living backwards in history. Went to Novecento - Brickell instead and was given fantastic service and an awesome meal. Great Ceviche!!!

Is a nice place, the location is great, but in my opinion extremely expensive, beer prices star in $7 dollars, food is normal, and very expensive too, Also in weekends gets very crowded to the uncomfortable point, and not mention the parking, always is an issue, they have not parking spaces, you have to try to find a parking spot in the street, which always are taken, or in a parking BLDG across the street which also is expensive, also lots of police officers around ready to put you a ticket for parking in a bad spot, and you just come out of a place where most likely you drunk alcohol, so good chance to get a DUI . Yes I will go again, but as my last choice, and preferable in weeks days never from Thursday to Saturdays!

Terrible service, was not even busy (im guessing theyre not that busy for that terrible service on a friday night) and took me 20 minutes to get a drink (every drink; and to close the tab same story), all bar tenders ignore you and make jokes between them, instead of working for that tip or sale more... im a great tipper, left 0 dollar tip ( for first time in my life) for an over priced drink. For $16.00 im expecting great service, and not watered down with so much ice not even a lime for my vodka. Every time i was half way on my drink i would get annoyed just to think how long would take me to get the next one. Not happy, i blame management, they really dont care about their customers.

I made reservations here for my 21st birthday and was slightly disappointed. While our server was amazing, the rest of the wait staff was extremely rude. I made a reservation for 12 and got 3 separate tables outside. It was cold that night and they had heaters outside, so when I arrived a few minutes before my reservation time to prepare I asked one of the male staff if he could put the heaters closer to my table. He looked at me and replied "Im not supposed to move it, especially since its you by yourself and we have bigger parties coming in that will need it more". Its a decent place with good food, but I wouldnt recommend it to anyone for a big party.
