Out of all wingstops Ive been too, this location was the worst. I asked for a refund of something that was charged incorrectly, and the manager was rude about it and didnt want to give me the refund, because he didnt want to do the extra work. I have never experienced such back costumer service. I reached out to corporate about it and never got an response. Never going back to this location. And oh yeah they charge you for a cup of water! :/

If I could give them less I would, I made my order online at 8:25 pm and was told to pick up at 8:49 and when I arrived I was told I had to wait another hour. When I showed her my online order all she had to say was well its not her fault and that I had to wait or cancel my order. What!!! The worst customer service! Never returning here again!

This is the only Wingstop I go to. Not only because it close to my home but because they have the best service. All of the girls in the front counter already recognize me and know my order which is very nice to know that they care so much about their customers. The food is always fresh and delicious.

Honestly Ive been to almost every restaurant in the shopping mall and I think it does attract a good atmosphere because Ive yet to meet a bad person here or someone grumpy to themselves. Just like a mom and pop style hole in the wall! Please come by and support the people!
