Llegue con mi novia a este lugar muy cerca a su hora de cierre y aún así nos atendieron como si nada. Pedimos un sandwich muy delicioso y lo compartimos entre mi novia y yo ya que las porciones son muy generosas. En la semana que estuvimos en Miami fuimos 4 veces, tanto al almuerzo, desayuno y comida, tienen un menú bastante extenso y agradable. La atención es excelente, el personal siempre tiene una sonrisa para atenderte, incluso una de las personas que están en la caja recordó mi nombre toda la semana. Tiene wifi gratis y el ambiente es excelente. Muy recomendado

First of all, if youre going to order anything from here, dont bother even looking at the menu because they will ALWAYS mess it up. Whether its one ingredient in the sandwhich or all the ingredients or even the wrong item, its always an awesome surprise and an amazing LET DOWN. The sizes of the wraps and sandwiches are inconsistent (like the ingredients) and the baguettes and bread are sometimes stale. I just ate a sandwich that tasted like the bread was baked a week ago. The delivery takes centuries to arrive and when it finally does and youre excited and super hungry, your food is soggy, cold and most likely not what you ordered. Upset about the order? Not to fret, you can call in and be met with unnecessary attitude and excuses. Whats not to love?! When that didnt solve any problems, I tried writing to them directly and theyre obviously too busy and care too little for their customers to bother writing back. This place was good a couple years ago where they actually cared about the quality of the food and the service they were providing for their patrons.

I am a local, and I have been coming here since theyve opened. Its always been the place I have recommended to out of town guests or the place Ive met friends at for lunch. Lately, the past 3 times Ive visited the Daily, one thing or another has happened. From attitude from the staff, poor meat quality, dirty tables, etc. just recently, I tried to place a to go order and specifically called to ask if they delivered to my address. The girl put me on hold and returned to the phone saying yes, they did order to our address- on 79th street. So, we ordered our food online. After doing so, they called to tell me they didnt deliver to our address. I explained that I had just called and someone told me differently. The girl who called me was so rude. She said, "yeah, well we dont" and then HUNG UP on me. That was the last straw. I will never go there again.

First time here today! Came to have lunch before work and I thought, since it looked pretty busy, that it would take a while , but it didnt. Ordering was easy, the cashier recommended the Downtown Chicken Wrap and I accepted. I added some sweet potatoes fries, which are delicious, and a mint lemonade that really hit the spot. The food is great and quantity is spot on for the price. For those three items I paid $16 and some change. I really enjoyed the atmosphere , the music and all the employees are young and seem like they enjoy their job, which I think is very important in this industry. Another positive point is that the manager was expediting all the food and making sure all orders were correct. I will definitely be coming back soon and reccomending it to everyone I know. THANK YOU

Every time I have visited the Daily for a well to look at and delicious panini, I have always walked out with a smile on my face. From the food preparation to the outstanding service, they really put their heart into the customers experience and its all I can really ask for. My favorite meal here is the copy writer and I must say that you simply cannot go wrong with it. Their pastries are fresh and exquisite. Also, if you are in the mood for pancakes, seek no further and come on by for the fluffiness wonder that is their pancakes where you can almost taste every ingredient in there. Good job The Daily, keep it up! Always look forward to coming back

Im addicted to this place. The wraps, sandwiches and breakfast choices are amazing. I love how you can add whatever you want to whatever you want with a click of a button online. They deliver to my job within minutes and its always fresh. Im not really a coffee girl but I LOVE their Cafe Con Leche.... Ive had the pancakes (hangover). Ive had the turkey sandwich. Ive had the loaded home fries with bacon, cheese, chives, scrambled eggs and sour cream. Ive had a grill chicken Cesar wrap with add bacon. Ive had their coffee as well... Customer service is great.. I certainly order at least 3 times a week

The Worst Service!!!!!!! I called to place a breakfast order for pickup and they quoted me 10-15 mins, I got there 20 mins later and my food wasnt ready. They had my toasted bagels sitting there and they were still waiting for my pancakes to be made. They made my pancakes and then ended up giving it to other person... I complained and they were like we are sorry it was a "MISTAKE". Whoever is running this place is f..ing MISTAKE!!!! My order was finally ready after another 20mins of waiting, and when I got home my pancakes had an onion and a piece of potato in it. This Place is a real Disappointment!

Food is good, but delivery and service isnt great. Lately they mess up on all my orders. They always forget something. One time I ordered a goat cheese omelette that was supposed to have goat cheese, asparagus, onions, and tomatoes. When I received my omelette it only had goat cheese. I called to complain and they said I would get a free one when I called back along with a refund. They didnt honor the complimentary omelette. Very disappointing. They used to be great. I used to love their food and customer service and both seem to be dwindling. I will not be ordering from them any longer.

This is my second visit here and everything is simply delicious. Ive had the happy pig and the homestyle fries with a fried egg on top. The service is great. I wanted some more sour cream for my fries and as I was getting up someone cleaning the table asked if they could help me and they got my sour cream. Its about 7:30am so for anyone to be so happy and welcoming at this early in the morning is much appreciated. Their coffees are delicious too! If youre thinking about coming here, stop thinking and head on over! Its affordable, clean, and delicious. You wont regret it!

A nice place to go to have brunch, I have come here In the mornings on Sundays to get a quick bite everything looks delicious but I always get the raisin begal with butter so simple but, they are so delicious and try the eggs and cheese with bacon.... A bit of wait usually but worth it.. Although some times the wait can be a bit to much... Overall a good pick for a Sunday stroll along biscayne Blvd. And not to far behind this is a wonderful Park on the Bay to stroll or sit and enjoy a wonderful view of the Miami Bay area or do some people watching.
