ABSOLUTELY WORST pizza hut EVER!!!!!!!!! Manager is extremely rude and poorly training emloyees! I made an order over the phone at 9pm and called back at 10:30 pm to check if my order had left. The employee on the phone told me that my order was cancelled and that he would ask the manager why. I said yes please ask him because i never canceled my order and I have been waiting for my food for dinner for an hour and a half. He comes back on the line and states that the manager cancelled the order because the driver was at my apartment, called, didnt get an answer and "left to make other deliveries". I explained to him that i never recieved neither a phone call nor a knock on my door, the employee says "theres nothing i could do about it what do you want" and i asked if I Could speak to the manager. The manager gets on the line and says "you wanted to speak to me" and I said yes I would like to know why my order was cancelled and I was not even aware of it. I have been waiting for my pizza for dinner for an hour and a half, i never got a phone call from the driver and my phone had been working fine, he didnt even knock. The manager goes "well our driver calls and if theres no pick up he leaves and im the one who tells him to do that" i said are you serious? You call once which i didnt even get a call, dont even knock and never inform me that my order was cancelled?!? I was infuriated and all he could say was well you will get your money back on your card. Not even trying to resolve the problem or do anything for the customer as a good manager would do!! I made sure my order was cancelled and after so many times of ordering from this pizza hut I will NEVER order again!! Absolutely disgusting service! The manager should be FIRED and the staff should be retrained! Completely ridiculous! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!

IN REGARDS TO: Pizza Hut #012411 12699 NE 6th Ave North Miami, FL 33161 CARRYOUT HOURS Sunday 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM I WENT TO PICK UP PIZZA FOR MY HOUSE GUESTS AT 9:30 PM SINCE THEY WERE VERY HUNGRY AFTER WORK. THE ONLY OPTIONS WERE EITHER MCDONALDS OR PIZZAHUT AND THEY DONT LIKE MCDONALDS NASTY FOOD. AFTER CALLING REPEATEDLY, NOONE ANSWERED THE STORE PHONE SO I COULD NOT DO A CALL-IN DELIVERY AND I DID NOT WANT TO USE ONLINE ORDERING SINCE I HAD ISSUES WITH MY CREDIT CARD WITH YOUR WEBSITE PREVIOUSLY. I WALKED THE 5 BLOCKS IN THE DARK AND RAINING WEATHER TO GET THE PIZZA AND THE MANAGER/CASHIER TURNED ME AWAY RUDELY AT 9:32 PM SAYING "NO! WE ARE CLOSED! WE ARE CLOSED". I WAS HIGHLY UPSET THAT HE WAS VERY RUDE ESPECIALLY SINCE HE DIDNT EVEN ATTEMPT TO PROVIDE ANY SERVICE PRIOR TO CLOSING HRS. YOUR WEBSITE AND THE STORE CLEARLY STATE YOU CLOSE SUNDAYS AT 10PM. SO I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THIS FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH HIGH EXPECTATIONS OF COMPLIMENTARY PIZZA OR COMPENSATION OF SOME SORT.

Worst Pizza Hut ever! My pizza was late and when I called to ask about its where abouts I was on hold for 4 minutes before I got an answer. And when I finally did, the women who answered was rude and gave me an attitude and tried to tell me my order was early because the driver had 3 other orders my area. My order was 15 minutes late. And my pizza and chicken were both cold. I will never order from this pizza Hut again. Youre better off ordering from the pizza Hut on 163rd in North Miami Beach.

Ordered a pizza at 8:39p.m. for my son and a few guest that I had over my apartment and I had to wait 3 hours (arrived at 11:15p.m.) for the pizza, and all they did for me was take $10 off. When I refused to pay, the manager was no help and she threatened to call the police to my home I did not pay. She had no other solution. I think her name was Cecilia. Dont order from here.

I ordered food yesterday all of are food was cold , the cheese was literally dry and falling off the pizza, the boneless chicken tasted old, they barely had sauce on them, and we ordered the brownie they called me after i placed the order to tell me they didnt have any. I also got my pizza an hour and maybe 40 min later. Worst Pizza Hut ever do not order from them.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Terrible customer service. Said 48 minutes for delivery. Called after 1 hr and 15 mins. Driver was on his way back to location to pick up my order. Took 2 hrs. If I wasnt so hungry I would have cancelled. Not to mention pizza was cold as ice. Just disrespectful.

I order one pizza and a coke and it took 2hour and 15min so I called and cancel my order and scents I order with a debt card they told me the it will take 3 to 4 days for the money to get back on my card Ive been waiting so far Im going to see what happen in two more days

Horrible customer service!!! They pick up the phone like if your bothering them. And when your done with your order they just hang up in your face without a simple goodbye or your welcome after I said thank you. To be specific it was a women that answered.

Worst service every. Put my order in on my mobile while shopping...i arrived 15min late for p/u and still had to wait another 15min. I cancellled and walked over to Dominos(out in 10min on a Saturday night)
