I have tried all day to find the words to express how amazing I believe Ms. Cheezious is, but I cant adequately do it justice. If I could give them 100 stars, it wouldnt be enough.... Here is my story/experience: My husband and I had their food for the first time at a work food truck event. I didnt get the name of the truck, so we then spent months going to food truck events around town trying to find them. We finally did... Ms. Cheezious. A clever play on words with grilled cheese goodness dripping from the letters! We then looked them up online and found that they had a store front/restaurant (actually 2) and we then went to the one on Biscayne Blvd.....even more good food possibilities!!! A few months later, my husband was turning 35 and I wanted to throw him a birthday party. I looked all over and then it hit me.... Ms. Cheezious on Biscayne Blvd in Miami! They have a really cool back patio and everything. I emailed the owner, he got RIGHT BACK to me. He told me that it was okay to put up a tent, but needed to measure for me to see what would fit. He measured and I ordered it. We worked out appetizers, food options, nothing was hard about this at all! The day of the party came, the staff was OVERWHELMINGLY amazing and I didnt have to worry about one single thing! The party went off without a hitch! The food was its usual - FABULOUS!!! They arranged the tables, were there for the tent set-up, waited on us, water NEVER went dry or got warm, they even provided bug spray for us since we were outside! Who does that??? THEY DO!!! And I wasnt out an arm and a leg for it. I was texting back and forth with Brian (one of the owners), Megan (one of the best managers/staffer/employee EVER) and got to meet the other co-owner the night of the party who was so friendly and welcoming! I must say, there isnt one bad thing about this place! The staff were all awesome and it wasnt forced. Everyone appears to LOVE their jobs! Customer service, food taste and presentation, accommodations, etc, etc....all A++++++! I hope that this post at least conveys a piece of how strongly I believe you should go and try their food and restaurant out. You will not be disappointed! I hope that this review brings them business and allows them to open more restaurants. They are wonderful!!!

I kept seeing this place and wanted to try it, very clean when we walked in, the lady at the front was very nice. We ordered the fried chicken & waffle sandwich and a Gouda(?*) Mac& cheese sandwich. The back had really nice paintings and vibes, there were local cats in the back. Didnt bother us since Im a huge cat lady, but be warned for those highly allergic. We got our food 15 minutes or so later, the fried chicken & waffle was a bit of a disappointment. The gravy and syrup was a great idea as well as the sandwich but the chicken tasted a bit old and really tough to chew on. Made my jaw hurt but it could have had a lot of potential. The 2nd sandwich saved our experience though, very delicious and filling. My only main complaint was that when the server came to drop off the food, we asked for water & she only filled up one cup rather then the two (that was obviously placed to the side so they can be seen and grabbed with ease). Ive worked as a server for 5 years and that basic coding , a disappointment because I always tip 20% but the service didnt really deserve it. Oh well, well take our food ToGo next time. Well definitely be coming back though! *i honestly forgot if it was gouda or another cheese, their online menu is not up to date so I cant give credit to the right menu items

WATCH OUT! THEY WILL ACCUSE YOU OF STEALING. Had great food and a great time playing beanbag toss out back. It was all ruined a minute after leaving when the "manager" who looked like a busboy instead of a manager came running around the block behind us and accused us of taking the bean bags we had been playing with. He said "someone saw you walk out with them". I was so upset and embarrassed we walked back to proof to him the items where all left in the patio when his staff came in to tell him the beanbags where all there. I then demanded an apology to which the manager responded with "give me a minute". If he had taken "minute" before chasing us around the block he would saved my husband, my three kids, and myself from bad experience and a huge embarrassing moment. Later in the afternoon I received a call from one of the owners who apologized in hopes of not losing a customer but the harm is done. Why put items out for customers to play with if youre afraid ppl will steal them? Why would we need to steal dirty beanbags after I just spent over $50 on our meal? Piece of advise to the owners... Give your staff better training. They ruined this place for us.

Ms Cheezious has found its way into the hearts of Miami locals its the classic food truck turned restaurant story. Not only did they do it with the help and support of the locals they have a quality delicious product their grilled cheese varieties are fantastic. They have different styles and are fresh made to order. They are quite unique you can go from the brie apple to a BBQ mac and cheese and they are both quality - packed with alot of flavor. They have really great event space and they work closely with the locals pushing local beers and ingredients. They have a breakfast brunch event called Bennies and Bellini which pairs a unique eggs benedict dish (lobster, frita, etc) with a well crafted flavored Bellini (rosemary, berry, etc) - a must try served up every Sunday. Below includes menu back and front, beer list, Bennies and Belinni menu, outdoor view. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Never had a chance to ever catch up and order from their food truck, but so glad they finally created a permanent location in such a central location. Hands down the best grilled cheese sandwich offerings, and an impressive location as well. Very friendly and personable staff, and you can choose to sit at the bar, one of the many indoor tables, or their very cool backyard area. Combine their extensive menu that expands beyond grilled cheese sandwiches with wine and a great beer selection, and you have an eatery thats a must visit.

Ive been to this Ms. Cheezious twice already. Its got a good number of trucks and parking is relatively easy. I always go right after work, so we manage to find a spot right there. So why not 5 stars? In the 2 times Ive been there, Ive already visited all the food trucks Ive wanted to at this location. Hopefully the trucks will rotate a bit and Ill visit this location a 3rd time. Even so, if youre a fan of food trucks, you should try this location at least once!

Got the short rib melt and sweet potato fries. Both were delicious and I wish I had gotten a beer to go with it and sat outside in their little picnic area. I originally asked for the goat cheese and prosciutto, but they were out of that and the patty melt. The staff was super nice with getting another to replace it. I cant wait to come back for more.
