THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU AND SAY "HOLE PLEES" AND THEN HANG UP AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES!! THE GUY WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE THINKS ITS CUTE TO BE A JACK IN THE BOX TO POP UP AND SAY "WON SEHCON" AND THEN EITHER HANG UP OR PUT YOU BACK ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES!! THEN WHEN YOU FINALLY GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE..THAT PERSON MESSES UP YOUR ORDER. FOR SOME REASON, I ALWAYS GET ONIONS IN MY OMELETTE! AND WHO CAN FORGET A TOMATO ON A HAM SANDWICH! I DONT UNDERSTAND THE SHENANIGANS THAT TAKE PLACE HERE!

This is the worst service ever! They cant understand English well and they mess up the order every time. Its either not what you ordered or they forget half of the order. I wont be ordering from them again. Im trying to get our office to stop ordering from them too. They are across the street and it takes forever for them to deliver food. Terrible service!

I give this place a one star only because they dont keep the breakfast food items on the serving line warm. They are ice cold the moment they are eaten. With that said, they should consider atleast having on vegan option on the menu. I cant stand the rudeness from the woman serving just because i ask if something has meat in it.
