Lo unico deporable del sitio kfc es la atencion al publico... Entiendo q las empresas procuran la contratacion de personal multilengua para la mejor atencion de sus clientes... Esto no ocurre aca... Y si usted dice q no habla ingles y pide la asistencia de otra persona, sencillamente se mofan en tu cara... Ya me ha pasado 2 veces y hoy ocurrio nuevamente... En todos los casos gente de color involucrada... No lo recomiendo...

I have tried this place over and over, at different times, weeks apart. I cant agree more with the other reviews, this place is literally CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE. Everything about this place is the worst for a Taco Bell (and KFC) that I have ever been to in my life, far worse than any Taco Bell you can imagine. Worst service, worst food freshness, etc. They take forever, any time you go there, wether you walk in or drive through. The tacos have stale tortillas and maybe a tea spoon of meat inside it is ridiculous. I will literally drive across town if I want Taco Bell.

I have been in Doral for 1 year and this is the only KFC/Taco Bell in the area. It is the slowest and horrible KFC on the East Coast. They never have anything you want and the average wait time for drive through is always 45 minutes. I have gone during the day, afternoon and night. I will not go again. The best KFC is the one all the way in Pembroke Pines and its a long drive but I drive it when I really want some KFC.

Every KFC is pretty much the same, but this onehas extremely long wait times. Its not fast food when you wait 45 minutes in the drive through. Oh and im sure on paper they may seem fast, thats because they cheat the drive through timer. So my advice is to avoid this location unless you have an hour to kill. I know from experience, its been like this for years.

I have to agree with the negative reviews of this KFC. Granted I showed up at short past 1pm which is probably the busiest time. Watching the order time counter, every order was up around 500-600sec (8-10min). Half of the order was wrong, and the food was not fresh. Its a waste of time and money.

Slowest service EVER. Waited 20 min on the drive thru only to be told that there was no fried chicken only grilled chicken. And the next batch would be done in 40 min.... arent you guys called Kentucky FRIED Chicken, and arent you a FAST food chain? How do you even run out of fried chicken?

Chicken and tacos are good and staff is nice, but you have to wait a verrrry looong time (30-mins) in the drive thru. Going inside is only slightly faster. The KFC part of it closes earlier than the Taco Bell part. Make sure to check your order. They have messed up my order many times.

Dirtiest food place( that dont deserve to be called a restaurant) last time I went, there was a Roach walking merrily through the kitchen. The employees were rude and I didnt even get my order right. The chain should take a look at this place and take some action.

Definitely it needs a change in management, cant go during lunch hrs cause it takes 4ever to get ur order. The place looks dirty at all times, service is the worst around. Finally they are not consistent with the servings one time a got a taco w/o meat =0(

Everytime I come here this place never has what is on the menu. Even if its 3 hours before close its like everyone is lazy and doesnt want to make food or the management is trying to cut costs. Terrible service
