I have been a fan of Chicken Kitchen for years. Loved their food but the quality has gone down tremendously. I called for a delivery order. They told me it would take 25 minutes. I get called 23 minutes later by the driver telling me that they do not deliver to my area. Then when I speak to the manger she tells me that the "drivers shift was over in 20 minutes and didnt want to deliver to me"!!! The MANAGER tells me this??!! Whos calling the shots? I asked for an email address to write a complain to and she told me that the food will be delivered. Still waiting for it. As if this werent enough, I cannot find any email address for comments on the web site. I would recomend Chicken Grill any time of this failing franchise.

I normally have very good food here, but there was a time where the restaurant itself was not cleaned at all, and the food didnt seem very properly cooked. And watching the employees, the utensils used for raw food were not cleaned throughout the use. I love Chicken Kitchen, but I got concerned that day with the way the place was handled by the employees. I will wait a while before going back and trying again.

This place is hit or miss. I love the chops but it all depends on whos working. They have days were the person preparing the food is paying attention and doing a good job. They also have days where a employee is on the cell phone and ignoring your presence. In the end I have no issues with the food just sometimes the staff.

I work close to this place and I used to come every day, but recently the last three time to be more specific the service is very bad and they serve less every day with bad quality.I tried to spoke with the manager and his attitude was so bad that I will not come back anymore, and my co-worker has the same opinion

Tables and lobby were disgusting.The soda machine panel was covered in mold and one of the guys preparing a pita was handling the pita with his bare hands. Management needs to do something quick about the lack of cleanliness and hygiene. Its a shame this place has gotten so disgusting, hire better employees.

This isnt even the shadow of what it used to be. Dirty, small chicken servings in the Chop chops. They dont even have whole chickens anymore or family dinners. I dont think they will survive for long
