Okay I wont lie we came pretty late so I understand that maybe the staff was tired and ready to leave I get that Im in the food and beverage industry so I get it. But Lord that night was a hot mess. Our waitress was TINA! Believe I cant never forget her name because we joked about it our entire trip. She was irritated easily. We were a party of 12. Our drinks were passed to us from the bar across from us . Our apps were served cold and with silverware and plates. The endless apps ENDED or better yet never began smft but listen Tina I get it you and a few large parties before us ! And I wont lie my friends wasnt easy Lord knows but she tried hunni but my drink was okay but sadly that all I got she forgot my main course. And my boyfriends salmon was sitting in the windows for maybe years how dry that was. But Ive visited TGI Fridays before in Orlando and it was hoping early one of my best experiences from that trip so maybe this was one of this location off night. Whew ! But Team work is KEY ! No one even helped her so maybe that might have helped move it smoother

This place is by far the worst eating establishment Ive been to in many many many years. Firstly when we get there we are seated in the bar area at a round table... But after we were seated we were neglected for almost 15 minutes before a waitress finally showed up... When my companion inquired as to why it took so long for us to be recognized she was told and I quote "girl, I had a table of 20". We were seated next to a dirty table that stayed dirty the entire time that we were there no busboy or anyone came to clear the table. We ordered appetizers to start with along with our drink. Our drinks arrived and it took our appetizers another 20 minutes to arrive... The only thing is they only brought out one appetizer and the other appetizer arrived ten minutes later. Oh did I mention we place our dinner order at the same time that we ordered our drinks and appetizers...well lets just say I never did get my meal....it took so long to come I ended up cancelling my order paid what was owed and left.

No star is deserved for this location. The food service took almost 3 hours. The manager had to come to our table twice for the long wait time and then my chicken wings that I waited 3 hours for, had blood and grease running from them, which didnt see it until after I had already eaten one. This is a health hazard and exposes patrons to contract bacteria. I didnt even want to eat anything after seeing this. Then the waiter told me he would comp a drink for the inconvenience, which never came. By the end of service he asks me if I still want the drink and he took the wings off the bill but I would still have to pay for the one drink I had. Which made no sense, if he was going to comp a drink just comp the drink I already had! Not one that you didnt even put the order in for. By that time, my party and I needed to leave after being there for almost 3 hours waiting for the food and receipts. Worst experience ever!!

WORST SERVICE EVER: Decided to take my wife out for a dinner at Fridays cause everywhere else had a long wait to get in. Fridays didnt have a crowd so we decided great no wait should be in and out. ...... WRONG. .. say in order our food no crowd took our server 20 minutes to get back to us to see if we had anything to drink. Then ask can they check on our food they did OK. Another 40 minutes went by still no food. Finally the manager happened to be making their rounds and ask us if we were OK . The looked that she saw on our face automatically she can tell oh no another unsatisfied costumer. We told her our dilemma. She offered to deal with the check herself. .. I wont advise anyone to ever go to that location. By the looks of the other reviews I now know exactly how the rest of them feels WORST LOCATION EVER

Showed up around 10:20pm, didnt get seated till 10:35pm, placed our order, waited another 30 mins to get 1 of the 6 things we ordered (potato skins). Then they messed up my order and charged me for an extra endless when I had a Cajun pasta. They finally brought my pasta at 11:30pm after everyone in my party had their food and some 2 sets of endless apps. Really slow for only having....wait let me count.....about 18-20 people including our party of 7. Oh plus our party was in a far corner behind the bathrooms. It has been a while since Ive been to this location but Im not coming back. Too many limits and slow service.

Went to have dinner here tonight. We entered the door and no one was at the hostess stand. The manager said someone would be with us in a minute. We waited over 5 minutes and the hostess finally showed up. We asked for a booth and she said none was available even though we knew there were some available. The hostess wasnt interested in seeing that the customer was happy and to be honest the manager shouldve assisted us when we entered. If he was in the middle of something, he shouldve returned to us and had us seated. We seldom dine at Fridays and now we will permanently mark it off our dining list!

Went here in March with some friends the server were very friendly but they seem like they had little to no training. It took about 20 minutes to get seated even though there was like 5 people at the bar. My friend food came out under cook and they had a huge confession when we ask for 3 separate checks first they gave us on them 2 then forget to even put the tip we try to give to them. Food in this Friday wasnt as good as the one in Pembroke Pines. We did give them the 18 percent tip just because they seem to have wasted to try but they mess and up twice by not adding the tip to the final recpit

The restaurant was empty and we entered at 5:45pm started getting out food at 6:15pm then half of the food came out which was the endless apps then the steaks cane out at 6:30 and one of the steaks where half done instead of the waitress taking it back she hesitated the slushies we ordered are not slushed the ice was added on the top of some juice its like I have a better experience when its crowded then were sitting here waiting for drink refills we have to find the waiter THIS IS MY LAST TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION

I just walked in the door with a friend to sit at the bar. Unfortunately, there were no seats, so we asked the doorman if we could get seated. When we were escorted to the high tops at the bar, we were told by another person that the seats were not available. I saw the waiting list....all the names were gone. There was no one waiting at the door. Sediki Poindexter was the person who ruined our night. They lost my business for good. Avoid this Fridays. Staff was not friendly to us. We walked right out.
