On a Sunday morning about 10am you would figure it would be one of their busiest days of the week..a walked in to find all the tables and chairs strewn all over the rather small dining area..girl was moping the floor and the path way to the register was blocked..no effort to clear the area..we literally walked over a swampy floor and pushed our way thru the chairs and tables to place our order..we sat at the only available table..it was amusing watching numerous families walk in and see their expression of shock and disbelief..most walked away..one was told by the girl mopping who by the way was also taking drive thru orders via her headset..to move the chairs and make their way thru..it was third worldish..girl mopping takes order..then shouts it to lady in back preparing food..all while the few guests in dining area enjoyed their donuts..nice!! I must say the ladies are nice but they need to realize what the big picture is..their is a certain protocol in an eating establishment..breakfast isnt very agreeable with swampy mop water sloshing beside you and a lady screaming orders to the kitchen..at least i would think this isnt the experience corporate Dunkin Donuts wants you to have..

The staff is incompetent. They cannot make a simple iced latte. Sometimes they make a hot latte and instead of making a new one they simply pour it over ice. Disgusting! The manager knows about these problems and does nothing to correct them. I have been all over the country and have stopped at numerous dunkin doughnut shops, however, I only encounter these problems at this location. Corporate should investigate this location in order to get this staff up to speed.

I dont know how this place hasnt run out of business. I go here once or twice a week simply because it is close to home and I genuinely like the food. However for the past couple of months they have been non-stop screwing up my orders, Ive tried everything, making them repeat the order, talking very slow, etc. one way or another they always manage to mess up our order. Not once has it been perfect. No that I think of it, we only got one apology for the mistake.

Ive been to this location many times. But lately I have been disappointed . On my lastest visit they gave me a burnt crossiant and forgot my hash browns. I stopped again this morning and they tell me they dont have anymore plain bagels. Its the first day of the new year you would think they were fully stocked. Not a good way to start the year :

This store is closest to me but they are horrible. 99 % of the time my order is wrong, the rest of the time they run out of items like fresh munchkins and almond milk. I hate going there nobody takes responsibility and they keep changing the servers

I love Baskin Robbins..but I literally just called and tried to place an order for a cake..the woman was impossible to understand. All she could say was "no English." If you arent prepared to go in there and point at what you want, dont bother.

I come here quite often. This is clearly going to change. Ive given them many and I mean MANY opportunities but regardless of what I do they always manage to mess up my order. I dont understand how the staff hasnt improved in all these months.

the staff here is so friendly! i come here every day and they always remember my order so i dont even have to tell them what i want, its ready when i get to the counter! LOVE the donuts.. they are always fresh.

The only guy working there (Monday Jan. 23/17 @ 9:47) did not have a nice attitude, he just look at me (not nicely) and said "hey" instead of Hello how can I help you? This is not a good DD to come :)

Horrible customer service, I said hello 3 times and 3 employees looked at me and didnt even reply and the woman taking my order had the worst face it was a very unpleasant experience DO NOT GO HERE!

Very poor mannered staff. I came at 9:45 and they told me they were closed already because the computers said 10pm. Dont advertise that you open till 10 if you dont.
