We went to Chill-N not knowing what to expect. Love the fact that its made right there to order for the freshest taste possible. Love the fact that there are SO many flavors/toppings to choose from. I have been there about 6 or 7 times since they opened a couple of months ago. The cups of ice cream are always overfilled and you really get a lot of ice cream for a good price. The place is very clean and bright inside (its new but hope it stays that way). Every time we have passed by there is always a line. Not sure if this place is just a flash in the pan "fad" or here to stay but certainly a great place to take the kids for ice cream. In fact, noticing how busy this place gets, I would be a little afraid if I were one of the other places nearby that has nothing special to offer and ice cream at higher prices. Who needs their ice cream smashed up with toppings or a bunch of kids singing while they prepare it like some other ice cream shops? The staff has always been friendly and one of the owners, Rick, has been there on a few occasions to make sure everything runs smoothly. Love the formula symbols and the fact that they have a few custom ice cream creations on the chalkboard if you want to try one of their formula ideas. Keep up the great work and I hope this is one of those places in Weston that is here for many years to come.

Saw this concept on Shark Tank a while back and glad it made its way to South Florida. The product itself is hard to rate because both times the end product was different. I think the major challenge is the staff here is very young with no attention to detail and the ordering process is flawed. Seating is limited - Would I return? Yes I would, but if there was another ice cream place near by I would opt for that instead. Suggestions: Improve the ordering system by having customers write their choice on a piece of paper and then hand it to the cashier so she can input the selection - or have a kiosk where you can order and then hand to the cashier. Both times I visited they had (1) cashier working and people stood there for extended periods of time deciding on the flavors and toppings they wanted. This caused for a line out the door that could easily be avoided. Train staff to not rush to be pay more attention to detail! The first time my ice cream was smooth, but they got my add-ins mixed up with another person in my group. The girl realized it behind the counter, but it was pure chaos so we did not ask to have them remade. - The second visit my ice cream was as hard as a rock, they clearly left it in too long - All minor details that make a huge difference.

Paid over $6 for a large ice cream and got a cup that was 3/4 full. My girlfriend got the same thing and hers was a heaping cup with ice cream extending a good amount over the top of the cup, just like everyone elses. Not sure why I got so little but I think they used the amount of ice cream mix for a regular. Also, while waiting for it, you stand by the toppings and I noticed there was a significant amount of bugs flying all over the toppings. This is something that a lot of people would really care about but Im not too picky, I didnt see it land on my food so I was able to ignore it.

I saw this place a few weeks ago on my Yelp app. I was so excited and we went a day ago. The staff were very friendly and courteous, but what I really enjoyed was the ice cream. The ice cream tasted a little different from other ice creams I had eaten, and they will even make the ice cream right in front of you! It is a wonderful place, kid friendly, and perfect for an afternoon or evening bite. Would recommend this place to everyone else!

I love this place so much. I moved from california not too long ago. I usually go to the other chillN in Fort Lauderdale, because its closer to my school, but when I found out about this one, I was so excited! Its right by my house. We came here and we loved it so much. We love that the ice cream is made right there and I love the nitrogen concept. There is a great atmosphere, nice people, and a great vibe. I love this place so much!

Ive never experienced anything like it before. We stopped by for an after dinner desert (for my husband)and were impressed. The atmosphere is cool, it has that modern day ice cream bar feel. The prices were reasonable, (I was surpriseed that they didnt charge more). I dont eat dairy so the option for coconut milk was an added plus. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I wish we had one of these in VA.

For those who havent tried it before its and interetesting experience. The way the ice cream is made is fun to watch. The place is decorated nicely. The cake batter ice cream I tried was delicious with some NY cheesecake pieces in it. Great for personalized cold dessert

I love this place, been here countless times and never fails to be amazing... I WOULD give them 5 stars but the jokers took away the Krispy Kreme Donut option!!! Bring back the Krispy Kreme!!!!!

The music was too loud the cashier had to keep leaning over to hear the customers. We had to sit outside in order to hear and have a conversation . The ice cream was ok but pricey.

Very fun experience to see how the nitrogen machines work, but the yogurt (which is what I had) gets very creamy too quickly. The back part by the lake is really nice though!
