I personally hate politics and believe the owner of this place got done wrong. That said, shes a miserable excuse for a woman who must consider herself some sort of martyr for her beliefs, because she has an aweful attitude. Her product is amazing, but clearly she does not respect herself or her business. None of her claw machines and games work and the place is kept in an overall musty condition. She literally called the customer behind us a "dirty foreigner" when he turned around. What in the world was that?! You want to look past her and focus on the great ice cream but its impossible with her terribly selfish personality. Is this what Trump supporters are really like? Greedy, dirty, racist, purveyors of great product that expect their customers to say "please" because of some perceived attack on thier values? I hope the dust lining the walls causes an electric fire and burns this worthless hole to the ground. Sorry, but anyone can make great ice cream, but not everyone is human trash.

This woman must be the rudest person in customer service. She never stops with the bad remarks to customers. At one point, I heard her tell a young man that he needs to cut his hair because it is way too long and ugly. The place must have mold from the smell and it really should be fixed. When a few people were waiting in line to place their order, she was just talking to other people and making nasty remarks about their clothes or whatever and made everyone else in line wait. Yes, I saw her on the news like everyone else did dealing in stolen property and I see the political signs out front and inside but I love ice cream enough to just block out these things. Not any more. They got my order wrong last time and when I told her that they gave me a chocolate shake instead of chocolate chip, she said "So what, it is still ice cream - just eat it". My family and I will never go back.

My family and I have gone here a few times in the years we have lived in the area. But havent been in a few years due to all the political stuff. Back when they were just campaigning in the election it was bad in there. The sign has kept me away. ice cream was great before Trump and will be great long after he is dead. It smelled like old stale, fried food in there. It really needs a complete gutting. Most of all, the ice cream tasted funky. My wife threw hers out. I came here with my Hispanic fiance. After having just walked through the door and as we were looking at the vast menu and different flavors, the owner rudely asked us if we were going to order or just stand around. And this was after we were greeted with the onslaught of Donald Trump propaganda. After we had decided what we wanted and waited to order (and while being the only customers in line), we were ignored for close to 10 minutes while she excitedly showed some other customers a picture on her phone of her standing close to Trump at a rally. And she even got our order wrong. Ive came to this place all my life and after this election, one of my favorite childhood places has been corrupted. Id like to leave politics out of my ice cream, thanks. 0/10. Will NEVER return there again!

My wife and I have been here several times and we always leave disappointed. Their ice cream is fresh, but of average quality, but the really disappointing part is their customer service. We always leave with the impression that they have done us a service by allowing us to be their customer. As hard as it is to believe I often feel more customer appreciation from the teenager at the fast food drive through. There are several other ice-cream shops in the area and I would recommend any of them over this one.

Like kidswags2005 said about the older lady with brown hair. My and my wife met her and knew what is the "bad attitude" about. We just simply wanted to order an ice cream, and the response we got from her was "whatever"?! We wont visit this place again, and for those people who see this and kidswags2005s review and still think you want to try this place, Good luck if you want some respects as a customer. We warmed you. I hope someone else wont be treated like crap by her again.

It might not be as quality as Cold Stone or Marble Slab, but you dont pay nearly as much, either. For your price, you get easily the best "local ice cream parlor" ambiance in town and some fantastic desserts~go for the banana splits/specialties if you have someone along to enjoy it with you, or get in for Wednesday buy 1 get 1 on sundaes! Be careful around Lisa, the shop owner, though. She enjoys taking and dishing out teasing/banter, but she does NOT tolerate impoliteness.

I do not mind all the political sings and banners, it is what freedom of speech is all about. But I do mind bad service, the moldy smell inside the place and the fact that my wife and kids were all sick and throwing up the following day after going there. Granted it couldve been anything, but the ice cream parlor was the only thing the three of them ate in common that day. We were very much looking forward on trying their ice cream at. Safe to say we were disappointed.

Lets not forget that this is a place of MAJOR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. They should really call this place the Fungus Depot. When I first walked in, I saw a small refrigerator completely filled on the inside with fluffy white mold and fungus. The entire establishment is unkept and dirty. The staff chain smoke outside the entrance and everything generally smells like cigarette smoke. The staff are also slow to serve, like Im a big pain for ordering ice cream. Do not go here!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I agree with other posts about customer service. The owner/ manager is absolutely repulsive!I have never been more insulted then I am when I have gone to the ice cream depot. The ice cream is ok, but they are rude and condescending . This has been my experience everyone I have gone. If you want ice cream and still want to be in a good mood, go somewhere else. Anywhere else!!!

The owner is a real miserable c*nt. Definitely looked as though they may have broken some labor laws with the very young kids working in the store. Avoid this place if you value simple things like quality, respect and sanitary food and food prep stations. This place would fail every single health and safety inspection I have ever been a part of.

Asked for a strawberry wet nut sundae and it had hot fudge on it. Never in my 63 years have I ever had one with hot fudge. I dont like chocolate. Strawberries were on bottom so its not like I could eat them without chocolate interfering. Was asked if I wanted whipped cream and cherry..said no...had to scrape them off. Very sad experience.
