Where do I begin... I was once a fairly regular customer here, mainly due to the lack of alternative quick options in the area. Ive gotten nearly every chop chop on the menu, and all seem good at first glance. However, they have been giving progressively less chicken. Even when you order a "large," they just give you three more spoons of rice! What a rip-off! As I said before, I was once a regular. I tipped the people fairly well, even though its not necessary for a take out establishment. 2 weeks ago I was struck with Salmonella and food poisoning from chicken Kitchen, along with a close friend who ate there as well. I was in and out of urgent care for over 7 days. I decided to let them know that my friend and I got sick, just as a courtesy. I walked in and they called me a liar and screamed at me incessantly. Needless to say i was shocked at their rudeness. As for the food quality, lets just say there is a pending lawsuit and a Health Department investigation underway.

This particular chicken kitchen is pretty bad. It often smells like a wet mop inside the restaurant, there are flies that land on your food, they rarely have pita bread, they often skimp on the amount of food you get, the lady that works the register always has a bad attitute, they go back and forth on the discounts they offer. I would say you should find another one nearby but Ive tried 3 or 4 near this one and they all have something bad about them. Yay for chicken kitchen.

I call to order a delivery and i was told that there was no delivey until 5 pm i think a good service will be ha ing delivery all the time the store is open good food but the customer service really bad

Seriously the worst pickup experience the cashier is extremely rude and disrespectful. They attempted to record my credit card information when I placed my pickup order..

Since new management took over quality is down, prices are up and overall attitude stinks. Usually out of ice and dirty bathrooms
