I asked for a Mexican with no black beans. The guy making my meal repeated what i said but still put the beans on my rice. I told him to just leave it. Then i asked for extra sour cream as i always do. They were all quick to tell me its extra. (.99). Now i come in here a lot and i have never been told that was an extra .99. You would to think that since the guy messed up and put the beans after I said no beans they would not charge me extra for sour cream. And .99 for that seems too high. For .99 i can go to the store and get a lot more then a spoon full of sour cream. I am sure there are many people that dont get the sour cream but are still charged for it. Sonce the base price of the meals include all toppings. So are you going to give me .99 off each topping i do want that comes with the meal? Whats an extra spoon of a topping here and there going to do. NOTHING, since they get people ordering mrals minus a topping or two

Nicest attention & putting customers first! By far Ricardo superseded customer service. I placed an order over the phone for delivery to my office since I cant leave to pick it up- I asked out of curiosity if they served coffee, he then stated "unfortunately no but we are in the same shopping center as Don Pan, what would you like? You can place the order & I will take it with your delivery for you guys" I have NEVER had such genuine service :)

Im a huge CK fan ! But this one ??? .. lack of service they dont even say hello nor pay attention to you till the Person in charge says "did you get help". Super dry chicken that they even said has been sitting there for a while. Customer service was not as good as the other ones. Ps it takes a REALLY bad experience for me to leave reviews.

Suppose to be fast food but their far from it, i would order weekly to my work if wasnt for them taking 2 hours for a delivery. Literally every time its 2 hours waiting for my food to arrive cold and dry. In my opinion its a managing problem.

Friendly staff that works well together as a team. They even asked if I was a firefighter/cop/veteran so that I could take advantage of a discount. Im neither, but I am a student at UM, so I got that discount! Show your student ID Canes!

Great quick healthy food option. Next to a Don Pan so you can get food from either place. Friendly staff, good food thats mostly made up of chicken and rice dishes.
