For the past 5+ years I always call this location for my holiday order. I called today to place an order and the woman that answered the phone hung up on me. I called back several times afterwards when I finally got through the woman answered and put the phone down on the counter.... I figured they were busy so I stayed on the line listening to conversations and laughter for over 10 min until finally someone picked up the phone and hung it up. When I called back again for the 3rd time, the woman on the phone said that they were only taking large orders but to let her know what I want and worse case I can go the day of (dec 24) and I can wait the line like everyone else...... When I told her it was to place an order for 20+ people she hesitated and said "aver ok que es lo que quieres entonces"..... I politely said I would call back and hung up. The worst thing ever is horrible customer service. Aside from now fearing that my food would be mishandled, I honestly dont want to give my $ to a business that clearly doesnt want it. 100% disappointed with how this woman handled the call. I will take my business elsewhere.

If you do not speak spanish, this is not the restaurant for you. I have been coming to Blue Sky on Bird for years and I love the food and its great when I need to feed a large amount of people. However, today I tried calling from 8:00 in the morning and every half hour, and finally at noon they answered. The hours for today were 7:30am to 8:30pm. When they did answer, I asked if anyone spoke english, and they said no. So I go to the restaurant in person to order, and lo and behold there were people who spoke english. I had to wait for the food, which was expected, however it took my daughter just as long to just buy a milkshake and a soda as it took for the food (for twenty people) to be ready. And even then, they didnt ring her up. Instead they took other peoples order instead of hers. And when I complained to the manager, he said "Well you got your food now." The order was close to 200$ but theyll never see me in that store again. I plan on sending a similar letter to the owner of the this chain.
