Great burgers and sandwiches freshly made. We went here for dinner on a weekday with the kids. Wait time was not bad and there was plenty of seating. I had been here during a weekend before and it was more crowded, but the service was still good. I tried a lighter fare this time, the chargrilled tuna sandwich, which was the perfect medium rare I like. It was very tasty and the bread and fixings made it even better. I could have added avocado to it but was too hungry to pay attention to the fine print on menu. Hubby wanted a regular burger, and he did add avocados. His burger was so tasty, I almost regretted ordering the tuna, almost. For sides we ordered sweet potato fries and onion rings, which were also freshly made and not greasy at all. Got the kids some ol chicken nuggets which were ok, along with a tasty and creamy chocolate shake. Great ambience, casual and spacious, family friendly and good customer service make this place an easy quality choice.

When I came here for the first time with my boyfriend, I ordered the Santa Barbara charburger and the tempura green beans. The food was delicious! I especially loved the tempura green beans. These are addicting, and so so crispy. Ive tried a few other burgers from this place, and I have to say the Santa Barbara charburger is my favorite. Their other burgers are okay, but still good. The lady at the counter was nice and friendly. As it was our first time here, we werent sure what to order. She made some suggestions and waited patiently for us to decide. We also did not have to wait long for our food to be served.

Hello, this place 3 months ago you enjoyed these hambergues now this does not know anything, they are dry and hard as flip flops, because they do not continue as before, it is a great disappointment to have to eat something that does not have the quality of only 3 months Behind, the french fries hard rare, those charbergues are not juicy as before only three months passed and the quality is totally bad, I do not know if it is the cook of 17 years of age, if it is the supplier of products but it is garbage, owner Go as a customer and prove what they are selling.

We ate here on a Saturday night when it was very busy. Our service was still excellent, multiple people helped us and we very friendly. The burgers tasted AMAZING and were very large for only $4.50 each. The fries were good and the onion rings were great! I would say the malt we ordered was so-so. Over-all, for a juicy delicious burger that is fairly inexpensive, this place fit the bill!

Horrible!!! Ordered online for the first time. When we went to pick up they were touching all the food without gloves and going back to the counter to help people.... And back to touch the food. They messed up my order lost our ticket, had to wait for them to make our fries after our pickup time. And the order was still wrong when we took it home! Never going back to this place.......

While their attention to detail was A LOT better when they first opened, this is still a good local spot for a good burger. One suggestion; CHECK your order completely prior to sitting down or leaving the restaurant. They last 4 visits we have had our "add-ons" missing. Other than that, the food is good. and so are the prices. Also, they have great sweet potato fries.

After 45 minutes of waiting for our order the register girl stated that someone already took our food. Then she figured she gave us the wrong pager. The manager wanted to speed up the order and we opted out. They still wanted to charge us for the drinks. I am never going back.

I would call it the Once-in-Awhile. While the staff is very nice, their burgers are passable. They tasted bland and similar to one another. Although, if you are into trying new things I recommend their Edamame fries; actually they should just change the name to that.

I gave it the stars because the place is nice and New and has potential, but the flavor of the burger has an after taste, is defiantly the meat, it doesnt havr any fat so its not greasy but the after taste is bad, taste like bailed meat, the fries

Pretty good. Their Burgers were bigger than I was expecting. Only thing I didnt like was they are stingy with their avacodos as well as ranch. And their grill cheese was basically bread. Its ok next time Ill just have to ask for extras.

Dont be fooled, this place is a fast food joint just like mc ds and bk just a bit more expensive. Same quality food as those other places mentioned. The service was great, but i dont eat at those other places and wont be back here.

I was there this evening and noticed terrible food safety handling in the back by food preparer wearing no gloves cleaning counter and preparing sandwiches the cross contamination of bacteria made me walk out never coming back

Would have given 5 stars but last time I was there my order had pork on it I dont eat pork they remade it and my meat was Raw felt like it was deliberate their food is pretty good atmosphere is nice Services fast

Very nice place,the burger are very good . The juices are Delicious Peach,ginger and mint and the strawberry lemonade is amazing. Salad are very good also. Nice place to go . YOU CAN GO WITH FRIENDS OR FAMILY.

Burgers are average compared to burger joint in the area. If you get a shake dont get the strawberry flavored. Taste like pepto dismal, very artifical taste. Other shakes flavors i would advise.

I really enjoy the hamburgers here. They have a great smoky flavor. I like that they also offer different side options including French fries, fried green beans and sweet potato fries.
