This place is Despicable, I ordered a double cheeseburger number 13 value meal some cheese fries chicken fingers he came to almost $15 the lady at the window was very rude and disrespectful because I asked for more than she gave me an attitude and kind of rolled her eyes like she was angry that she had to walk back and get me more napkins. It took almost 20 minutes to complete my order there were only one car ahead of me this place is very pathetic and I would never recommend anybody go in there until they undergo Management training I need desperately to train their employees on how to treat their customers with respect I guess you pay for what you get a person is only minimum wage according to their pay is...

Website says they close at 12 midnight, and when my husband and I arrived at around 10:15 p.m. the drive thru lights were off but we stopped anyway. Eventually they told us to hold on, we ordered icecream cones and they said shake and icecream machine is down. We know they just decided to clean early so you can get out on time but damn, ice cream is desert and night time food. Totally ruined the craving and adventure out with my man for an icecream cone!!! Please clean fryers first! Lol. Bad night time manager this evening. Not a welcoming visit. Especially off of 95. You suppose to serve hungry travelers too. Just a note...

The manager is running around doing the drive thru and the front counter. The other staff walked in and slowly, very slowly, and I mean very slow, came to help this manager. Its one thing to be slow, but to show it and show how much you dislike your job is just unacceptable. We were there at around 630 this evening. Get some good help in there. Basic customer service skills goes a long way. Maybe the district manager should make a surprise visit.

Worst ever! I ordered ONE sausage egg and cheese crosant and paid for TWO and got bacon instead of sausage. Then got down 520 to realize how much they messed up my order to have to turn around and go back. They never once said sorry or offered anything to compinsate my time. They also took forever!! Save yourself the time and dont go here! They have the WORST service including the manager! And as a business owner I am appauled!!

Drive thru lady was rude. Made me lean out of my vehicle to get order. When I checked my order there was a white substance (not mayonnaise) on the sandwich. Management said he couldnt do anything about it and to bring sandwich back on my next visit. Really you want me to hold onto a bad burger for a couple of days and bring it back? He didnt even want to make it correct.

Can I give zero stars? This place BLOWS! SUCKS! Food is cold 98% of the time. Dont EVER Get chicken fries there. Im almost convinced they get them out of the garbage or throw them from the freeze in to the bag. And Im not joking when I say 12 out of 15 times i counted my order is Wrong. Yeah tall deserve that $15 an hour...... smh

Average lunch spot. Fast, friendly, would give 5 but it does need a little tlc. Fountain drink machines have drink labels hung with scotch tape. And machine leaks out the sides. (Possible mold if not cleaned properly which by the look of it, Im going to assume no they dont)

These people are idiots who work there, the cashier screwed my change all up and was all rude about it, I say fire everyone of the crew and bring in new people that want to work and not goof off. Its a NASTY place folks, a NASTY place, go to IHOP, I recommend it.

Its like a Burger King, only they survive on non-repeat I-95 traffic...so there seems to be no reguard for service, cleanliness or accurate orders. Unfortunately, its the only BK near me...so I make do when I really want a Whopper.
