After 15 minutes of waiting the waitress came by to let us know she would be right with us.There were 4 tables seated and 3 wait staff.She never came back but another waiter,new,came by to take the drink order.The two sodas came out fast but the hot tea came out 15 minutes later.We ordered stuffed shells light sause,veal parm sause on the side(which I was informed could not be done since it was pre-made and had to have some sause so it would not stick to the pan) and a dinner salad.They brought us some galic rolls,excellent, followed by the soup and salads no silverware so my son had to go to the counter to ask for it.Now we sat and waited for an hour,not one of the wait staff came by.We wanted some more drinks so my son had to go back to the counter and get them.We finally saw the entrees coming out of the oven followed by curse words from the owner/chef.He did something wrong.My son went,again,to the window to tell them to just serve the meal,they handed him his stuffed shells,did not offer to bring it to the table just gave it to him.They then brought out the veal parm,smothered in sause,not light.I asked them for the spagetti that was supposed to come with it without the sause and they bring me spagetti covered in sause.My waiter was absent for all of this because he was also the delivery person.When he came back he asked if everything was ok and I told him no.I asked if the lady I told was the owner and he said no the owner just went outside.I saw him and called him to come in.The waiter begged for me to make sure to tell him it was not his fault ,and in no way was it.I tried to tell the owner the problems and he got very hostile and told us to get out of his restaurant when we told him the service was disgusting.We did not finish our meal and he said you pay and get out or I will call the police.My son tried very nicely and politely to talk to him but he said for him to be quiet.I was willing to wait for the police to come but my son paid the bill while my husband and I were trying to tell him that the food was good but the service was bad.

Great garlic rolls and thats it. Worst service ever! Waiter did know the menu, then some woman came to our table who said she is one of the owners, who was also wrong with regards to her own menu. My wife ordered the chicken bbque pizza and I ordered pineapple and ham. We were told by the owner our pizzas didnt come small becuase they were speciality pizzas. We ordered anyway thinking we will bring the extra home. Wrong, mine came out a small pizza and my wifes was large like she said. My pizza was good, my wifes pizza was gross, I tried it myself. She never finished one slice of the pizza. It actually had two bites out of it. We my wife said she didnt like it the first words out of the owners mouth were you still have to pay for it. Lets just say my wife didnt eat and I did pay the bill. Only because im not the one who is runing a failing business. Im all for mom and pops places, thats why we stopped there for dinner. But I will enjoy seeing their doors shut. I forgot to mention the other owner, her husband. He is the cook. All he does is curse in the kitchen and smoke cigarettes outside. But then again they are next door to an auto parts store and a gas station.

I parked out front. Got out of my car. Made a phone call to get my order (which was around 2 to 3 large pies and bunch of other stuff for my office of 12 employees) Owner (I assume) comes out and starts talking like hes the mafia, "Yo, yew cant parrk hare. I like mie pawkin lawt clean." So. I left at this douchbags request and ordered over $75 from the Columbian restaurant next door. The "pawkin" lot was clean alright. Only his identity crisis blue shiny car was there and not a customer in sight.

Surprisingly, very good! The Plaza where this restaurant is in and the looks from the outside wasnt appealing. But came here with a friend one night and it was really good! I love the theme of the interior with the vines and all. It gave a romantic mood. Had a pleasant vibe and the service was great. Staff was very friendly. Perfect spot for a date night. (I was last here in February 2016 and believe I ordered eggplant parm, however not sure if service and quality changed since then)

Great pizza! Gave them 5 stars because its delicious and theres way too many who wrote negative reviews because they clearly had a bad day. Food is good. Go see for yourself. Also people tend to comment more then theyve had a "negative" experience (noticed I used quotations) rather than positive ones. These small family owned businesses know more about hard work and success than most of you know. The customer service was great too. For all the above reasons, a solid 5 stars

One thing Ive missed since leaving NY is great NY style pizza; this is THE place if you want great tasting NY style pizza. Every time I order one, I feel like Im back in Brooklyn. Their entrees are GREAT also. Everything Ive ordered from JR has been delicious. Their Shrimp Scampi is the best Ive tasted and their Garlic Rolls melt in your mouth. This is the place to go for great tasting food!!!

The service and food is stellar. I had the privilege of meeting J.R, the owner, and hes a genuine and humble man with a free side of funny. I decided to wait to eat the food before I rated the place since he asked how I found him and I told him Google. He mentioned wanting only honest reviews, and honestly the food is as great the service. Would recommend to anyone.

Overall the pizza is great, probably the best in town. The downside is the waiting time if you order takeout. If say, your pizza will be ready for pickup in 25mins, dont make me wait an extra 20minutes when I get there because its still not ready. This has happened multiple times. Also, I wouldnt recommend the Calamari. Its not fresh and the seasoning is off.

In response to the comment last posted from the couple who visited J.R. Pizza Bella Restaurant, I am a customer who is defending this establishment. Instead of customers like you spending time criticizing restaurants on a computer, you should utilize your time to spend with your spouse. Remember, the Mailman is always around every morning.

Went here basically on a mere whim. Of course, I had to see if there were reviews on G+ already. Good reviews across the board. So I went. I was amazed. Commercial pizzas tend to be garbage, and to me, restaurant pizzas tend to be too salty and dripping with oil. My pizza was perfect. I will come here again.

Save yourself the time. Your better off scavenging for crust thrown at pigeons. The pizza is mediocre at best. The pepperoni shribbles up & folds when the pizza is semi-cooked. The only thing keeping this business afloat is starving highschool kids who dont want school lunch.
