On Friday March 13, 2015 my sister and I took our kids to eat a large pizza. From the moment we walked in and sat down, we were not greeted properly. Our server blond hair green eyes young lady, was horrible to us. She was rude in the manner she spoke to us and even said she will be back to us when she is done elsewhere since she was busy. Mind you that at around 6 in the evening there was only one table in addition to us and two other tables arrived a few minutes later. You were not busy. It was obvious to all 7 of us that she did not like to serve Hispanics. It is a shame that you have someone like that in your place since my sister has been there many times after spending a day at the beach she only looked forward to your pizza. Not only was your Cesar salad horrible, did not taste like Cesar at all but it even made my sister sick. I was so angry at the way your server was acting towards us, that I almost had my family walk away and left the order sitting. But we do have manners and class. I cannot say the same for your employee. My family lives in Cocoa, Merritt Island and Cape Canaveral and they are very well known by the community, I would hate for this kind of behavior to be spread around. I will go to your place of business again and if I feel the same way of the treatment I get from your server, I will make it a point to call law enforcement for racism.

We went here tonight. I ordered lasagna and a kids portion for my grandchild. They came back and said they didnt do a kids portion so I asked that they take my portion and cut it in half put it on two plates and bring one for me and one for her. When they brought mine out (My husbands food came out WAY before mine did) it was only half a piece, but they didnt bring My grandchilds. When we pointed that out she said she was going to go get it. She came back and said they JUST made my portion but didnt make Make my grandchilds. She said they were heating it up right ten and then walked off. I had taken a bite of mine and it was ice cold. It took us 15 more minutes to get our waitresses attention. By that time I was DONE. We told them my food was cold but not to worry about heating it up or getting our grandchilds food. At that point she said oh well, I guess the manager can take it off the bill...ummm you think! This use to be one of my favorite places to eat but the last 3 times its been horrible. Three strikes youre out. Ive learned. Never going back and Ill try to keep everyone else from going there too.

Service was sub-par and pizza was mediocre. I ordered the pie at 8:06pm on 26 Apr 17 and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to deliver! The receptionist who answered the phone to place the delivery order was short and disinterested in explaining the menu (realize there is no pricing listed on their website). I was staying in a hotel and asked if the pie would be delivered to my room or the lobby and she confirmed that it would be to my room. At the hour mark of waiting, I called back to get status on the pie and was greeted by the same disinterested employee who properly stated that it was on its way and then ended the call. The delivery driver delivered to the lobby contrary to what I was told my the restaurant causing me to change to retrieve it. The pie wasnt bad (and actually was still hot) but was nothing special. The placement of toppings was again haphazard with a large clump of jalapeños in the center and some slices with none. My overall impression was that this shift was heavily manned my young employees who lacked in customer service and care factor. I will unfortunately not me returning.

My friend and I decided to sit outside because of the beautiful weather. The tables werent washed when they were bussed, therefore they were super sticky. The waiter took 5 minutes to take our order, an additional 15 minutes to get our drinks out to us and 34 minutes to bring our pizza out. I started the timer after I my mouth started to feel like sandpaper. I was staring at 4 dip pouches because people are gross & the staff isnt cleaning. I saw a guy try to change tables just to get service because he also was not receiving timely service. The party behind us was so loud, that I LITERALLY couldnt hold a conversation across the table. My friend had to switch her seat and sit next to me just to converse. If you let horrible service happen it makes me question the kitchen and the stuff we cant see. The stoner who served us made us feel unwanted and we felt cast off. He is an example of why people wont leave tips. I dont even know his name. He never told us or maybe he forgot he had one

We drove from Cocoa to eat the early bird special which we had been told was from 2-5. We got to the pizza house at 4:50 and when we asked for the early bird menu was told it was 5:15 and past the early bird. We showed them it was 4:50 so our waitress went back to get the menu and was told they werent having the early bird tonight without an explanation of why. We asked her to check again as we had been told earlier that there was an early bird. She came back again and said no early bird tonight. How strange and so pitiful that the manager didnt come over and explain why. So we left and went somewhere else. We were disappointed and probably wont drive over again as there are plenty of restaurants that honor their specials and are happy to have customers. I cant imagine the restaurant owner is too happy with his manager, that is, unless he is the manager as well. So sad, as we use to enjoy eating here but wont be again.

We are local residents but had never tried this pizza before. We stopped in around 5pm on 3/8/11. There were a few custimers--it was not crowded. There was a sign, "Seat yourself", so we did. A young man brought us water, eventually a girl brought us menus. That was it. No one ever came back to our table, and more folks wandered in. Servers were taking orders all around us. After apporx. 30 minutes, instead of begging to be noticed, we walked up to the cashier, where several employees were congregating, and we told them the situation. We got a few, "awwws", but that was it. No offer of official apology, or coupon for next time. They could have cared less. Customer service didnt show up at "A N.Y. Pizza House" that day. Also, maybe someone should tell them, to the average eye, their sign reads, "Any Pizza House". I say, "any" person who decides to eat here should be sure Mr. Service is present and working.

Do you enjoy waiting over an hour and a half for a delivery driver just to finally call and hear that your address was improperly taken down, despite the fact that you were made to repeat it to the employee that took your order five or six times and then ultimately told that the gate code you provided (although you didnt provide a gate code) failed to open the fictitious gate that doesnt protect your NON GATED apartment complex? Then THIS IS YOUR PIZZA HOUSE!!!! I thoroughly enjoy stoned teenagers scrambling around and passing the phone to one another, frantically trying to come up with a way that it could somehow be my fault that my food never arrived. Wish I could comment on the quality of the food, but they never got around to delivering me any.
