Absolute TERRIBLE customer service. Had an issue with the manager at the drive-thru arguing saying that he gave us our change back when he didnt, they did not have any decaf coffee left and had not started a new pot yet, they ran out of their four cheese bagels and then the bagels we did get had almost NO cream cheese on it. Mind you, it was a Saturday at 9am. Every other Tim Hortons is great! When I asked one of the workers for actual cream cheese, she said, "I dont know what my manager will allow me to do". Even the worker knows that the manager has terrible customer service!

Make sure when you order a combo meal that you actually make sure you ask for the whole combo meal. I ordered a number four lunch combo didnt get chips I asked dont I get chips they said you didnt order a combo. I then proceeded to ask the guy that ran the register didnt I order a number 4 lunch combo he said yes but that dont come with chips unless you specify so I can see why you have 3 starts and not sure i will be back. First time here and last time

This place is usually just fine. I find they serve their customers in drive through more quickly than in restaurant. If you are looking for faster service. I highly recommend the drive-through. You might wait a little longer when you go inside the restaurant in person. Still makes an OK place to date as long as youre not an impatient person. Overall the restaurant is clean.

Food is good, but drive-thru service is horrible. I have to repeat my order multiple times and it sounds as if Im inconveniencing the staff by placing my order. It is by no means a complicated order, but it is always a frustrating experience. I will be finding a different location or different breakfast spot all together.

Terrible service. Refused to sell me a dozen doughnuts even though they had them for sale. The story was they wanted to save them for "future customers," who are apparently more important than the customer that made the effort to show up. Had to settle for a half dozen while the rest sat there.

The drive thru lane is always so slow and long. It takes me 10 min to get thru the drive thru. Most of the time I just walk in and thats faster! I dont know what the issue is, but its ridiculous. On the bright side, my coffee is always made correctly.

Went inside to eat breakfast at approximately 9:30 AM on Saturday, December 12, 2015. The place was hustling and bustling with customers and smiling workers. The service was fast and the donuts and muffins were freshly baked and delicious.

It seems every time I ask for a toasted bagel I get a "warm" bagel. The cream cheese is enough for 3 bagels or barely enough for half of the bagel. Consistency is not something they strive for here. At least my Ice Capp is perfect :)
