Very rude and incompetent staff. We ordered a double snickers blizzard. It was supposed to have chocolate sauce, but it did not. I drove back to the window and told them that there was no chocolate sauce, as the ice cream was still completely white. The drive through attendant asked the person who had made the blizzard if he had put chocolate sauce in without even looking at the blizzard which was clearly lacking chocolate sauce. He responded with yes, so she proceeded to look at me as if I were telling her a lie. She then put a tiny drop of chocolate sauce on top and asked if it was alright even though it was clearly not enough for a large blizzard. She did not mix it in and handed it back to me. I will not be going back here. Something as simple as asking for chocolate sauce should not have resulted in such rude service. I would also like to say that when I asked for chocolate sauce, I was not rude or accusatory but simply asking them to correct the issue.

The employees were rude. Not attentive, at all. When my grandmother went up to the center to order a coke, no one d @ 3 out of 5 of our drinks were made entirely wrong. Was also told I would be charged 79 cents, to substitute something of the same consistency. Which I have never been charged anywhere else before, unless its a different consistency. It really was just an extremely disappointing visit. The time was around 5:00pm, on 09/01/2016 Whoever the three people were on that shift, should be questioned whether they should have a job there.

First off the food was cold, the hot dog was ice cold. The two hamburgers we received were hard as a rock. We called and complained and they stated they made them fresh this morning...well they may of been sitting out all morning under the heat lamp and they dried out. The manager acted like she didnt want to replace the order. Very rude attitude and unprofessional manner. Only good thing out of the meal was the cheese curds and blizzards.

This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! I normally dont write reviews but this deserves zero stars. I feel so sick after eating this food. My sister and I ordered an apple tart. The tart was advertised as looking like a piece of pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We receive the apple tart and it looked like a pop tart. I cant believe we paid 5 dollars for a pop tart with sprinkles and nuts. I will NEVER be going there again.

The staff is rude and act like you are bothering them. Ive stopped in 2 different occasions to get cakes and they never seem to have much and when you ask they roll their eyes at you and tell you whats in the cooler is all they have. Headed to the one on Park Blvd where I know they will have a good selection and are friendly.

Horrible wait. owner has this location always understaffed. He mismanages his employee and food costs so much that food has to be remade and employees and customers are unhappy. I am sure he is happy since he makes a higher profit... Dairy queen should revoke his franchise rights immediately.

ordered 3 orders of chicken strips and they came out nasty. Pieces of older cooked breading was attached to ours. The sweet tea tasted yucky. Not fresh brewed taste. The buffalo sauce looked like something was wrong with it. We Didnt use it because the appearance made it look spoiled.

The artisan chicken sandwich I had was okay, and didnt look too appetizing. I ordered the apple tart afterwards, and it was served in what appeared to be a carryout lid for a sandwich. It was dismal. I couldnt bring myself to finish it. I wont be returning again.

The one on 699 wasnt as clean as the one on 66th. St. The staff was standing around and wasnt doing any cleaning. They were also leaning up against the food contact areas. We will drive the extra couple miles to go to our favorite one.

We went through the drive thru. They were fast and got our food right. It was a little more expensive than some places, but the food was better. The staff member we dealt with was really nice. We will go back again.

Very rude the orange Julius was watered down and the owner wouldnt exchange or refund money . I would have been happy with an exchange but he has a very nadty attitude I wouldnt recommend this dairy Queen to anyone.

They charged me an extra ice cream that I clearly stated I did not want 3 different times. Once I finally got the blizzard they put something in my ice cream that made it taste spicy. Very bad customer service.

5 person very young staff of all inexperienced employees. Not one employee knew how to make a Misty float. They were kind, apologized and did their best. The store was not clean and not a manager in sight.

Friendly staff that made me feel welcomed, and very quick service too. Only down fall it kinda had that restaurant mop water smell, but the place was clean. Deffinantly would recommend this place!!!
