The best Chinese food in Lake City. I usually stop in and get take-out: General Tsos or Sweet and Sour Chicken. I went in to try the buffet yesterday, and while its not as extensive as some of the others around here, the food is by far the best. Their Peanut Butter Chicken blew my mind - they do it right! Additionally, the service is excellent as are the prices. Ive been going there for about a year and every experience has been great. Highly recommended. (oh, and they had Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream - big PLUS! )

My family and I come here at least once a week, sometimes more. The buffet is small but the food is amazing. The price went up by a dollar in recent months but that hasnt stopped us from coming. The staff are very attentive and for some reason we just cant get enough of the soda there. Its better than anywhere else in town! I highly recommend Hong Yip over the other places in town. You wont be disappointed.

Everytime my family goes there someone ends up sick. The last time we were there the bathrooms we horrible and the food wasnt that good and some even tasted old. We will never go back. We gave them a few chances but not after this last time. The only thing was the people were really nice but thats all they had going for them. Idk if we just go on bad days or what but Im done with trying...

If your looking for a safe clean place to eat chinese than go to Hong Yip and dig in. Excellent food, friendly service, and fast delivery. Dine in pn buffet or deilvery with minimum order fee. Excellent for work days or lazy at home days!!!
