If I could give them a big fat ZERO I would. For starters.... The man who answers the phone, who I believe is also the owner, is a JERK!!! He is short on the phone and just so rude. I made an order for deliver and it took over and hour and a half for me to receive it. The delivery boy called me 3 times saying he was lost and asking me for directions. Then he got to my work and asked me to meet him outside to get my food from him. Once I got my food and sat down to eat it, I realized they messed up my order. When I called back the guy who ansers the phone said he would make it up to me next time. So the following week I called again to make another order for delivery. The man on the phone said he remembered me and would give me 20% my order today. Which I dont think is good enought but it is something. I also ordered a second meal for my friend. We received our food withing 30 mins, much to my surprise. But the delivery boy asked me to come down stairs again. I told him I was on the 3rd floor and could he please bring my food up. He said yes. (On his way out, asked my boss outside for a sigarette). We got our food only to find out my rolls were burnt and they messed up my friends order. My friend called and told them that she got the wrong meal and the manager told her he would send her up the correct meal. She said ok. After 2 or 3 mins she decided she didnt want the food and wanted a refund. So she called up and asked that same rude guy on the phone to not bring her the food and to please just refund her. He told her NO and that he would bring her the food. She had to tell him multiple times that SHE DOES NOT WANT THE FOOD. He kept insisting on bringing it to her. And he kept trying to put her on hold. Finally he told her he wouldnt refund it and that she could call her bank if she wanted to. DO NOT GO EAT HERE!!! OR ORDER FROM HERE!! They are aweful and rude.

Rude Rude Rude...called at 9:32 Pm, I could hardly understand this man, his speech was slurred. He claimed they stop delivering at 9:30 (2 minutes ago), when I brought this to his attention, he hung up on me!!! Thank goodness I didnt order from them!!! I read the reviews on the internet and see they are a ripe off and their food has no flavor, or the orders are incomplete or wrong.No wonder they post menus on my front door every week. They are desperate for any sucker they can con into ordering their crap!!! I own a business and this is not how you conduct good customer care. I serve customers before we open and after, and I have been in business for 18 years and I have the most successful business in my industry here in Jax!! They have even changed their name from Efes to Primo (a primo piece of X@!#*)...to divert previous customers...dont be fooled!!

They have some of the best food available for delivery in all of Jax. Still one of the only places in Jax to get a Chicago style stuffed pizza. Almost everything served is made fresh daily from scratch. I have been getting delivery from here for years and have yet to have a bad experience. The guy that answers the phone is usually the owner/operator, and one of the head chefs, not an easy role, maybe people could toss that guy a break if he is a bit short on the phone sometimes. All things considered, they will continue to receive my business.

This place is HORRIBLE. Ordered from here twice. They delivered the wrong food both times. The second time I asked them to refund my money and the owner told me NO!!! He told me to call my bank and dispute it....all over $7.00. So instead of keeping a customer and making me happy he decided to lose an entire company. Because I let the company I work for know what happened. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!

What did I lime about it???? Not a cotton pickin thing. 2 hours is what it took to get cold, uncut pizza delivered that tasted like rubbish. Oh it was "our fault the phone number was wrong" I called after an hour to make sure they had the right info. Truthfully this place will not last long being run this way. Speaking of running this way, you should probably.. Run away. Keep your money people and dont give your hard earned money to this dump.

This food was DISGUSTING!! First off they got a lot of business from my workplace and when we got our food everybodys food was horrible. The Panini was a piece of sub bread pressed down, the Cuban was NOT a Cuban, the fries were fried twice, and the wings were the same flavor although we ordered two different flavors, AND the steak and cheese was XTRA dry. This was the worst Italian place we have ever ordered from, DONT DO IT!!

After 7 years in Jacksonville, I finally found someone who can make a good pizza. I see people raving about the Chicago style. I got the NY thin crust and its the closest Ive had (in JAX) to pizza in NYC. Great crust, good sauce and cheese. Price was reasonable too.
