Horrible customer service. We went there after doing a snorkel boat tour. Me and my husband are vegitarian and ordered a foot long veggie sub to split. When we asked for different veggies on each side the sub maker gave us attitude. Then when we went to pay they tried to charge us for 2 six inches which was almost 10 dollars just for a veggie sub. Wtf. So when I told the girl that it was wrong that it was 1 sub not 2 6 inches she gave us more attitude and told the other girl to ring us out. Then the other girl proceed to tell us she was only charging us for the foot long instead of 2 six inches because she didnt feel like arguing with me. Wtf. I have been to many subway restaurants and they split a foot long of the same kind without any kind of problem. Not to mention the girls went to the window and gave us dirty looks as we walked to our car. It was the worst experience I have every had at a subway and I will never return.

I used to get sandwiches from here everyday but the employees are so unpleasant and rude I stopped going. They have on numerous occasions missed the simplest and most common parts of a sandwich and have made me wait numerous times to finish chatting with each other. I was always polite, saying good morning, thank you, etc and would most of the time just get no response.

This is a busy location write in the middle of Key largo, but they have great service and food. If you are in a hurry you wont be happy because yes it gets very busy especially when the keys is in season.

Worst subway I have ever been to. Dont visit this place, there are other subways in this area. Staff was unfriendly and had their friends there who were very loud. Food wasnt good either

Not a bad subway overall. Not the cleanest subway but not over worrisome. At least the veggies and salad are fresh. Good average subway service
