If I could give it 0 stars I would. To begin, after looking at the menu of overpriced food we waited about 15 minutes for service until we had to hunt down a waiter. The food came out about 30 minutes after we placed our order and was absolutely terrible. Two of the four of us had edible meals, the other two (one being myself) were extremely grossed out by the frozen preprocessed food being served to us that wasnt prepared in the right way. The chicken tenders I ordered were partially raw on the inside and my friends cheeseburger was a patty from a box. We didnt eat a bite of our food and when attempting to return it we were met with sharp hostility from the manager who proceeded to argue with us for quite a while. After the whole ordeal ended we paid for what we ate and left, I was very dissatisfied and would not recommend anyone eating there. The staff is highly incompetent and with numerous health reports im sure the kitchen is a disaster.

What a shameful waste of an incredible location. We waited almost an hour for the food to arrive and when it did it was only for three of the six people in the party. The calamari was horrible, the fish tasted funny, and the chicken fingers were the ground up chicken parts type that you buy frozen. After I complained they brought out the rest of the food almost twenty minutes later! The salmon sandwich had a salmon chip, the pasta alfredo was so-so, and they brought out the wrong order so my daughter had to wait another ten minutes to get her Cuban sandwich. Not a single apology from the waiter or manager. This is sub-par cafeteria food at fine dining prices. DONT GO!

The worst food ever.. we ordered burger, shrimp basket and fish fingers. First the burger was nasty it tasted old and greasy the bread was stale , fish fingers were over cooked and the shrimp as well. All three plates came with French fries on the side which were cooked in some over used oil and the tasted like fish YUK!!!... Worst food ever!!. I will never eat here again and I will spread the word. What a shame.... Such a nice place.. They need some quality control. I think they should be reviewed by the health department. When we got home we through up all the food. We started to feel nauseous.and all went downhill after there.

El lugar muy bonito, me gustaría que tuviera mejor mantenimiento, la atención amable pero algo "corta" se demoró más de lo habitual o esperable para éste tipo de emprendimiento. Menú poco variado, muy sabroso y bien servido el plato, faltó pan..., precios lógicos y propina sugerida. Volveré.

Want to know how it feels to be invisible? Just go to Lighthouse Cafe. My family and I basically had to seat ourselves since the hostess failed to acknowledge our presence. Then after waiting 15 minutes to be waited on, we decided to just leave. In those 15 minutes two tables got their orders taken and drinks served... Those two tables were seated AFTER us. The restaurant wasnt even that busy. It was slow enough for the waitress to chitchat with dishwasher in an attempt to avoid serving our table. It was just a horrible experience that put a huge damper on what was supposed to be a fun day at the beach.

Be abbiamo preso due gelati ( cornetti ) e due succhi. (Pina e mango ). 20 $ . I succhi facevano a gara a chi era piú scialbo i gelati tutti conoscono il cornetto Algida.... A dimenticavo anche una macedonia ( discreta ) di ananas e mango. Buona la location. Per il resto piuttosto scadente.

Buen lugar, exelente comida, un cervicio exelente y un personal amable y servicial siempre conuna sonrisa y una frase amable, de que nos sentamos a que nos trajeron la comida se demoraron menos de 30 minutos la cual excedió nuestra expectativa, lo recomiendo.

This was my second time here and Im still not sure how this place operates. Someone brings you a menu, doesnt smile or say anything and then walks away. They never come back to the table to take orders. We werent sure if we were supposed to go up to the counter to order or what. At one point the "server" was standing on the wall on his phone. Every time we needed to order something we had to flag down or walk up to the server. Next time we will probably just bring our own food to the beach.

They forgot us !!!. 2 hrs and 32 min waiting for our food. Very bad place. Mi novia pidió el seafood casserole y tenia gusto a nevera. Como si los mariscos hubieran estado almacenados por tiempo. Muy mal.

The place is simply ok. The service was good, the waitress was nice, the food took a while to come. But the food was not good, the quality was poor, the portions were small. I ordered tilapia it was nothing special & My nephew ordered pasta with shrimp and the pasta was over cooked and salty. Overall the relation quality price is not fair. I wouldnt recommend the place to have lunch, maybe just a snack would be ok.

Very slow service. Waited 30 mins before our drink order was even taken. The food was not brought out at once. 3 people of our party were finished eating before any other dishes came out. Drink cups are small and there arent any free refills. Food portions are small, especially for the price of food. I would not recommend eating here at all!

Husband and I enjoyed a wonderful meal here to follow up our awesome time at the lighthouse. The open air experience and good food was well worth the tradeoff of speedy service, after all who wants to rush with so much beauty to take in? Good food, great atmosphere, alright service, she just seemed new.

Worst food ever, dont go here, take your own food. I ordered avocado salad they gave me 3 whole avocado halves, with unchopped iceberg lettuce. My wife ordered a salmon burger which was the grossest thing I ever tasted. Location is great but you better take your own food and do a picnic.

We ordered simple burger and fries...it took just under an hour too get are food. We waited 20 minutes to order are food. Waitress was rude and never checked up on how we were doing. Very frustrating and wanted to crack some skulls at the end of this horrible lunch outing.

Came from the other restaurant in the park hoping for this one to be better. I dont understand why the staff in both places is so bad. Its such a good place to put a good business, instead they dont care because you have no escape to eat here or the grill

Horrible beach, thirty and without care.... tourists please NEVER come here, disappointed at 100%... go to Miami Beach and south point and you will find the great beach of Miami. This park needs people and personal who take care of this.

Horrible experience : worst fries and genetically modified chicken They use same oil to fry fish and French fries Be prepared to wait long and waste time in little jungle out there. Better pack your food while you visit light house.
