Ordene por teléfono un desayuno americano con huevos fritos medios con jamón para luego ir a recoger, luego de varios minutos fui y de regreso a mí apartamento luego de perder el parking resulta que me dieron huevos pericos con bacon lo contrario a lo que había ordenado. Soy un cliente frecuente y me molesta que si anotan las ordenes y hasta se repite le den a uno algo equivocado luego llamo para hacer el reclamo y me dicen que tengo que volver a ir, llevar lo equivocado y me cambian la orden por la correcta en serio es una falta de respeto y poca cortesía que poca profesionalidad

This place has the best Latin Food in the Miami Area.. I see all the reviews are 4 or 5 stars expect 1 guy that gave it a 1 star. Saying the waitress ignores you unless you are her friend? This is crazy.. I eat here all the time and never encountered anything like that.. Sounds like she probably was just rebuffing his romantic advances. (Why do customers always try and hit on waitresses anyway? ) The place is small but cozy and the food is out of this world good and they Deliver!!

The restaurant used to be clean at the beginning.The owner used to be always there all the times.Not anymore!!!Now it is very dirty.No maintenance at all.You only can find a waitress who works there for years.If you order a meal, she makes sure dont give the ticket. It became a ghost order.Good for the long term waitress, bad for the restaurant owner.No wonder why she works there for so long. $$$$$

I walked into Sabor to place a go-to order only to be ignored. I asked for a menu (in english) and got an eye roll from the girl behind the counter. After I knew what I wanted I stood at the counter for 10 mins as the girl was hugging and hanging over a guy and completely ignoring me. I walked out and will never return again. I felt discriminated against because I didnt speak Spanish.

3 weeks ago their delivery fee was $3 and now is $6. Their website menu clearly states their prices but management refuses to take responsibility and adjust the prices on their website. So beware a lot of false advertising and little to no customer service.

Id give it 5 stars if the place was just cleaner. Windows, table top, booster chairs etc had visible dirt. It was a bit of a turnoff but then the service and food were so excellent we all said we would come again.
