Pesimo servicio al cliente. De veras ,esta es la 3ra vez q entro a este bakery y el servicio es malo. Empeados conversando. Ignoran la cola y atienden a sus amigos o conocidos o lo q sean. Dicen q no se debe decirde esta agua no bebere pero creo no recomiendo el lugar...buena comida pero el servicio es pesimo

Hace 14 años atras me encantaba visitar el bakery iba casi todos los dia, el staff era bien agradable y amistoso, el servicio buen rapido. Hoy fue una disolución 5 dependientas y un customer alante de mi, No hubo saludo amistoso. Despues de 7 min me fui sin poder fui sin poder pedir mi orden

If you ever want to experience Miamis REAl culture and folklore and amazing and famous pastelitos, then this is the place ! They are amazing and they serve the real and authentic pastelitos ! Hands down and their prices are more than fair, they are excellent ! The staff is very Miami like and friendly. Over all I love this place !
