Their smoked wings are delicious. The Mac n cheese was done right (and yall know everybody dont make good Mac n cheese, especially dine out eateries but Sticky fingers Mac n cheese was actually close to home). Their collard greens were delicious and its not made with meat. Even their green beans are FRESH (not out of a can) fresh, plump, n juicy. Only hiccup is a few of my wings were a bit on the hairy side so they can do a better job of synching off the hairs but other than that, everything was great. I enjoyed the different sauces as well. The staff was kind, courteous, and super helpful. Im happy to have stumbled upon this restaurant and highly recommend them for your next meal. Enjoy!

I work two minutes away from Sticky Fingers and I couldnt be happier! Every time I go I get amazing food at great prices. The employees there always have a smile on their face and are quick to make your visit fantastic. One employee VERNON (I hope I spelled the correct) is usually who I deal with. He is always professional and friendly. I really enjoy talking to him, just the fact that he remembers me as well as what we had talked about recently shows how much he really cares about his customers. I suggest yall stop by and get some of their fantastic fried pickles and ranch and enjoy a wonderful conversation with Vernon and the rest of the Sticky Fingers Family!!!

I have been coming to Sticky Fingers for about 2 years now and I go almost every weekend. My family and I are regulars there and the service is absolutely the best out of all the restaurants. We have never had any issues during any of our visits. We are greeted and actually known by most of the staff since we go there so much which gives the home kind of experience. The sweet tea is spectacular and the loaded fries appetizer is impeccable! Also, not to mention that the macaroni and cheese and the peach cobbler are amazing. You can never go wrong here! Definitely the best BBQ around!

Had to call 3 times to get order placed correctly - finally called to place a $100 to-go order and was put on hold for 7 minutes by a manager - had to call back and he told me it had to be done over the phone. He handed phone to someone and the person taking the order had NO IDEA what was on the menu and asked me to let her know what was included in the meal I was ordering. Absolute joke. Took me over 30 minutes to even get to this point. Decided well just go somewhere else for barbeque from now on. 4Rivers is too close to deal with Sticky Fingers!

This used to be a favorite place for my family. We decided to go for my birthday, and should have known something changed since the parking lot was empty at dinnertime. Everything was sticky...the tables, the high chair, the "clean" silverware. It was disgusting from the moment we sat down. The food was subpar, my wife and I split a meal and still spent more than we would have elsewhere. We will not be back.

"Worst experience and never eating at this restaurant again" Called and placed an order for pickup and ate food, lets just say my family and I were sick to our stomach we couldnt even leave the house. A Trip to the doctor confirmed we had food poisoning. My family and I dont usually eat out but that day we did and boy do we regret it! Never again NC

Bought two of their rib and wing combos to go and I was extremely disappointed in the portion of the food. For 40 dollars I expected more but was met with a half slab of rib that resembled more of a quarter and 3 small wings and the sides were subpar. The only reason Im giving them two stars is because the ribs and wings were in fact good.

Ive never had a complaint for service here. Even if there were, Id still keep coming back. There dry rub ribs and bbq sauces are to die for! They are a chain but they are not huge or everywhere so I always miss them when I leave the south. Thank goodness Im back and can enjoy them again! Now where is a jack in the box.....

Convenient location and usually a no wait situation. Overall it is the typical "SF" with a full bar, booths, and standard fare barbecue. They have pitchers for beer drinkers (not all restaurants serve pitchers of beer). Another good deal is the "To Go" cup for soft drinks so you can take a drink home free of charge.

I like this location a lot. It is simple, but offer predictably pleasant experience. First, music is always gentle, never too loud. Ribs and wings are, of course, second to none. Combined with a good selection of craft drafts, this is one of our favorite casual places.

Its very good. Not sure why this place is dead all the time. Maybe its location or something but Ive always liked eating here. The wait service hasnt been terrible but they arent exceptional either. But overall, this is a good choice if youre into BBQ.

Food was not bad, cost was decent. BBQ was pretty standard as you would expect from a chain restaurant. Portion sizes were about average, the drinks were very tasty and strong. Good service and not a bad place if you are looking for something simple.

This rib shack might have an appearance below expectation, however my food (chicken tenders) was cooked perfectly. Sides were not so much. The manager came over to everyone with a proud smile asking how every thing is. I WOULDT RECOMMEND THE WATER.

I find the only reason to go is the wings, which are great. The service is slow and uninterested in doing their job. The rest of the menu is average. Also the place including the mens room comes across dirty and uncleaned.

The food was well prepared and taste pretty good. My only gripe is with the BBQ sauce selection on every table. Ive been to quite a few of the BBQ spots around Jacksonville and this by far has the worst tasting sauces.

The ribs are very well done. Their smoked wings are the best Ive ever had. The other meats are sub par and the atmosphere is a bit lacking. Sides were average.Staff is pretty solid.
