Poor food and poor service, the baked beans are canned, their "homemade" BBQ sauce they sell (way over priced) is sweet baby rays they buy by the barel and add a little spice too. The onion rings come packed frozen, the catfish comes packed frozen, the smoker they have barely works properly, they often run out of certain meats because customer traffic is so low they have to throw much product away, they buy most of their produce reduced and is often of poor quality. Their made to order motto is a lie as the baked beans, pulled pork, and ranch cheddar potatoes can sit in a hot well all day without being flipped. Their mac is NOT 5 cheese, its 3, learned that from the sou chef personally, the green beans are frozen, the milkshakes are overpriced, the list can really go on forever. The head chef tends to patronize his employees and if a customer is unhappy, he gets angry, defensive and sometimes insulting, and makes sure every other customer in the dinning room knows it, also seen that first hand. The only thing top notch is the potatoe salad and loaded fries. So I guess I can give it two stars for that...

Food at best is average if you wanna know their secret sauce its literally just Sweet Baby Rays with increasingly added heat to it lol. Their 4 cheese mac is actually just cheddar and american. So much fluffing of what theyre actually serving. They were a vendor at my work for years and by far the least popular due to the inexperienced roundabout of employees they send and inability to bring enough food. Now to the real reason for this review their management is unable to keep a steady roster of staff due to the current managers poor ability to actually run his company. He relies on leaning HIS dead weight on his top employees while he coddles the ever changing new staff. He is verbally abusive to employees and expects them to be loyal and carry the weight of his dead business. Regardless of the food quality I am never eating here again because i refuse to support such a twisted awful person.

Wow! Great ribs and chicken! Had it for the first time and got the half slab with Angry sauce and then got a al carte three orig BBQ chicken. The good: chicken was super moist and flavorful. I tried one of each sauce; sweet, angry, and mad as hell. Sweet was too sweet for my preference. Mad as hell sauce was perfect with good heat. Ribs are huge! I could have stopped eating after that. The bad: no brisket. BBQ joint has to have brisket! Ill be back to try the pulled pork and BBQ fried chicken next. Also note that Google maps doesnt have the location right. They are next to Dollar General. Closer to Everhard. Gotta give then a try.

I travel a lot for work and im a big country boy so i know bbq pretty well. Let me jist start by saying this ranks up there in my bbq dining history. I spoke to the man behind the magic and hes one of the nicest people around. The mac and cheese tastes like im back home and the ranch potatoes seal the deal. I hadent even made it to the meat before i was hooked. Next thing you know i try the ribs.. I was amazed at how good they were. Perfect tenderness, great flavor on the meat and the angry sauce was a perfect compliment. I will be returning quite a bit while im here in Canton.

This is by far the best BBQ weve had in Ohio! I had the Pulled Pork Combo with the sweet BBQ sauce and it was delicious! My husband had the Devil Dog with the Angry BBQ sauce. I think his review is most telling... hes a southern boy and has been searching for a "real BBQ" restaurant for the past 10 years that weve been in OH. After eating here, his search ended. To top it off, the service was phenomenal!! The owner actually took our order and served us. He was so kind and attentive. 100% satisfied. Will definitely be back... A LOT!

We loved this place so much that we had them cater our wedding. Everyone had nothing but rave reviews. Friendly warning for first timers...it may take a bit to get your food (its not fast food people!) but it is worth the wait. I highly recommend the macaroni and cheese! The green beans are out of this world. I love the smoked turkey and my new husband thinks the beef brisket is the best around. If you are thinking about a caterer, they were very accomodating and easy to work with.

Used a Groupon to try this place out...and we will definitely be going back. Not only was the 3pc BBQ chicken amazing, so was the service. Much different than going to a chain restaurant. We liked the sweet sauce so much we bought a pint for $3. Reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. Help support a local veteran and business owner and try this place out.

This place is highly over rated from previous reviews. If people are really giving this 5 stars then they must have never left the cleveland area. Places in st louis are way better and even my hometown indianapolis has plenty of places better. On top of that they got my order wrong and I had to go back. Ribs were not tender at all or good and sides were average.

Ive been there a bunch of times and by far they are the best BBQ Ive ever had hands down. My favorite is the brisket sandwich. Their green beans are out of this world. Their Staff is so extremely friendly. I was just told the other day while I was there that their going to have desserts soon and I cant wait to try them!!

An absolute gem! Great service, fantastic food. Big portions. Ive traveled extensively through the south and Ive had barbeque in all the "barbeque states". No need to travel further south than North Canton in my opinion!

We should have known when we walked in and the place was empty it was going to be a bad experience.We had trouble getting our order in and then it wasnt right,food was cold and tuff.The coke and baked beans were ok.

Angry Sandwich with side of Mac & Cheese is amazing especially with barbecue sauce over the Mac & Cheese. Fries are especially great by themselves. Dont go for a quick meal but for a great sit down experience.

Amazing service. Nicest waitress. Had the pulled pork, BBQ chicken, and beans. All were great and they have amazing toasted rolls for the pork. Never would have found the place had it not been for yelp.

The brisket and sweet BBQ was amazing. The Angry BBQ was a little too spicy but I am a wimp. The Mac & cheese was great. They had their own soda recipies which was intriguing but I dont drink soda.

Ive had barbecue from all the famous regions of the US and I can say for the Canton area we are lucky to have several awesome barbecue places to choose from, but personally this one is my favorite.

Best pull pork sandwich and home made cream soda I have ever had. Finally, found a company that knows you have to toast your hamburger buns so they dont get soggy adds good flavor to. Ill be back.
