This is a fantastic concept, executed poorly. We went for dinner around 5:30 pm, started with the swine candy which was ok but may have been better warm (we were also asked by our server if tonights batch of swine candy was spicy because she hadnt had the chance to try it yet) and the tater tots, also pretty good, although the dipping sauce might as well be tomato paste with sugar mixed in. The "flatbed buffet" was superbly medicore, with about ten options, not including a run of the mill salad bar, and mason jars full of poorly pickled vegetables. FYI, pickling isnt simply soaking things in sugary vinager. The chili was made of what tasted like leftover brisket, which is a great idea for a restaurant like this, but it was overly spicy and under seasoned. The cornbread that we where warned was "fresh out of the oven" wasnt hot enough to melt the honey butter it was served with. It was also extremely dry and bland. All four "house made" BBQ sauces where all flat, and uninspired. All of the meats that made it to our table where bland, under seasoned, or over cooked. With the exception of the brisket and the chicken sausage. The brisket was the best thing I ate here, and it was at best OK. The chicken sausage I wouldnt feed to my dogs. For dessert we had the key lime pie and the smores pie. The key lime wasnt bad but tasted like it had been in the cooler a day or two too long. The smores however was so hot it was not edible. Even after the ten minutes it took our server to wrap up our check, it was still to hot to eat. The restaurant needs to learn what salt is, and that there are other seasonings other than cayenne pepper involved in BBQ. The service wasnt great either, the server appeared to only have one table and she couldnt keep up with it. The rotation of the meats seemed to be lacking rythm aswell. We were only able to try 4 of the meats because the others that came out never stopped in our section, there was also one carver who kept stopping on the opposite side of our table to server the meats requiring someone to pass the meats around the table to the party who wanted that cut.If youre thinking about a visit to this place, skip it and go some place else. Great idea for a restaurant, just a really, really bad execution.

Huge disappointment!!! We had visited this restaurant back when it was American Q and we were so happy and pleased with the overall experience! We loved the table side meat sampler they had and we recommended to everyone we knew. I wanted to surprise my husband with a nice restaurant so we travel all the way to Orlando to find out that American Q was closed and that their menu is 100% different. We decided to give it a try. My husband ordered the ribs and they were good, I ordered the NY steak and it was bland!!! I can honestly say we would have had a better steak meal at the nearby Longhorn Steakhouse. Theres NOTHING unique about this restaurant anymore and now there are simply and overly priced burger + steak restaurant. Also they had heavy rock and metal playing in the background!!! However, the staff was very nice and the restaurant very clean!

Specials, decor and convenience (just off the lobby if you are staying at B Resort) are the major positives. Check out the daily specials (such as on Mondays, unlimited burgers, fries and beer, *dont get ultra excited they only have very specific beers on tap*). Negatives: the staff is friendly--but obviously undertrained. There may have been 10 tables with customers (at 5pm) and one could have sworn the restaurant was full. We waited 30 minutes for a hot dog for my son because they sent his up to a room. The food is a notch above mediocrity. A staff member that was bringing food out did not announce the food, instead he sat the food randomly down on the table. This was not a fluke sad he sat the next familys food on the matriarchs cell phone.

Went there for only drinks, it was completely dead for a Friday night, and two person band singing to a almost empty bar. Made it feel like she was serenading us. Lol So why did I give it 4 starts? Because of the Bartender Bandy! She was awesome and made it fun to get drunk there. She was professional, friendly and personable, she was open to making new drinks and even made variations of drinks for me to try. She made a real effort to make drinks to my satisfaction. And it was happy hour so we got a lot of drinks for a great price, very pleasantly surprised at the price. But over all Brandy the Bartender contributed to it being a great time.

found this place by chance. very glad we did. all you can eat burger, fries AND beer $10, endless salad buffet $5. AMAZING! my 4 kids had their fair share of it all. from staff was great. I remember Wallys name (wish I remembered the rest). only 1 problem, the burgers are "normally cooked" medium we had to return them because I wasnt aware of that. cant wait to see you guys again.... P.S. I WISH I COULD MEET WALLYS MOM. SHE SOUNDS LIKE A BLAST TO BE WITH. much love.

It was horrible it took 55 minutes to an hour to get our food and the kids didnt even get their food yet. We were the second ones here and they served us last. We asked for the manager but he couldnt come out until later. When we got our food it was cold and was descent in taste. I dont know why it took so long. They need better service and we cant take this. We got our food when we had the manager come out just before we were going to leave.

Went for dinner and had the table carving which was part buffet and part table side meat service. Fantastic value! Marcus gave very personal service and ensured my two kids (9 and 11) had well cooked meat selections. I was very happy with the variety and quality of the food! I will be back! Restaurant ambience was great (Texas barbeque, with a long bed truck as the buffet table) and you often forgot that the restaurant was in a resort hotel!

Sub par food. Service was slow. Food not great especially for price. Salad bar made out to be spectacular but was nothing of the sort. Very disappointed. This restaurant is confused if it wants to be high end or country. Wine glasses with gingham waiters.

Nice looking place. It was listed as Guy Fieris Restaurant on Yelp but it wasnt. Very expensive - $82.42 for a two burger two drink lunch.
