If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst Publix I have ever been to. More like a Winn Dixie in Publix clothing. I have been here several times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been met with horrible customer service. The staff are rude, and very lazy. I have gone often to the deli HOURS before closing only to find their chicken case to be empty and their fryers all cleaned and turned off for the night. I have worked in a Publix deli, and know FOR A FACT that this is against company policy. The store is usually dirty, and the customer service staff are usually too busy being unprofessional and yelling across the store to their friends to be of any ACTUAL service. I live less than a mile from this location, but have completely stopped shopping there and now drive all the way to the Riverside location. Bottom line, this Publix location does not live up to the Publix motto, "Where shopping is a pleasure"

Lets just say Im not to fond of the location. Ordered a sub first thing I noticed was the how the area needed to be clean . Food all over the work area ordered the sub anyway and was told they were out of olives. Seriously your a grocery store how is that even possible... Well after watching the employee make my sub I can see how literally heavy handed packing on everything I had to ask to take it off sandwich was a sloppy mess. I will not be returning to this location.

This place is a joke. Isles are 1960s small when Americans were healthy. This is 2015 and Americans are now fat and unhealthy. People are constantly running into you. I almost asked management for padding and a helmet. Food is also old and not rotated. I think the people that work here are understaffed or dont care. Prices are also astronomical. As much as I hate Wallmart, youre better off going there.

Very helpful associates. Very pleasant cashier who made sure one of my bags of pork rinds which had a hole was replaced . Visiting UF Proton Therapy Institute for 8 weeks treatment and will share this Publix location with others. Not finding Gluten Free Bread was my only let down but found Gluten Free Blueberry Waffles which are real good. I love Publix Thanks Mr Jenkins.

Nice store, for the most part they always have what I need. The Shrimp are always good, I always get my Waldorf salad, sometimes you just have to speak up. I always get good customer service, and if it isnt good its neutral, but hardly ever bad. Love that they carry lamb, I love lamb.

I call in a order for sandwiches from the deli, was given an email for what time too pick up went there no order for pickup staff rude, manager was inconsiderate, compensation was insulting, then had police to follow me to my car....embarrassing!.. Never again!!

Second time visiting and like my first visit there are only 2 registers open and long lines. At customer service counter. I live in the Deerwood area but I visit this store when I work late. This would not be the culture at any other publix.

Not your typical Publix. Consider the neighborhood. Rude associates and limited assortment. For the neighborhood, this is a great store, but for your typical Publix customer, drive elsewhere.
