Coastal Cookies, I just came into one of your stores in Jacksonville FL, which I come to almost 3x a week and order cookies and for the past couple of times Ive went, there has been an extremely rude girl working the counter. Today I had enough and walked out. I am a bigger girl,and today when I placed an order an order for 4 quarter pound bags of cookies, she stared and gave me a disgusted look then burst out laughing at me. I have never felt so humiliated in my life and I will never go back to this place again. Until she is gone you have lost my business which is sad because I tell everyone how much I love this place. Not anymore. She made me feel ashamed to order these cookies. I have attached a picture below of the girl because she was not wearing a name tag. Her head is turned in the picture but she is the one with short hair and a cap. I took this before I walked out.

I have to stop at Coastal Cookies whenever I go back home to Jacksonville. The little cookies are so addictive. They have a great variety of cookies. They are always very fresh and delicious. I can easily find myself eating a whole bag full of chocolate chip and sugar with the sprinkle cookies!

Went there with a friend who bragged and bragged about them. I ate one and almost went Into shock from the buttery goodness of the chocolate chip! Price was good and well worth the trip and 2 dollar parking!
