If your looking for a GROUPON deal my we got scammed. I will refrain from speaking on behalf of emotions but will keep this to facts and let the readers make up their own mind as to see whether or not we got scammed,..I hardly ever get furious over a situation but this time I had to write about it in hopes that it will help someone else from getting taken advantage of. Here are the details as follows: We bought a GROUPON 13$ for 20$ of food to be used any day of week. I went to the bathroom and my wife went to go pay. Later on she showed me the receipt to me and I was shocked we had got charged $15.32 on our card. We both had the buffet and my wife ordered coffee. 12.99 x 2 plus coffee guessing it was around 2.00 or 3.00. We never got a broken down receipt that showed how much it all was, but only the charge receipt that showed 15.32. That doesnt add up. My wife then explained that added gratuity. On the groupon website it showed in fine print that they can charge an additional 18percent . ok even then it still doesnt add up. So our 20$ worth of food came out to 15.32 + 20.00 = 35.32 which doesnt make sense. However anyone trys to explain it the NUMBERS will not add up..Or we ordered a really expensive cup of coffee or the gratuity came out to a gracious tip. either way.. without buying the GROUPON and just going there and ordering the buffet x2 and coffee for my wife would have been cheaper. ( 12.99 x2 + 3.00 for coffee for my wife + tax 31.65) ______ GROUPON SCAM_____

DO NOT EAT HERE! I stopped by the restroom first and noticed it was extremely dirty. That should have been the first warning. The vegetable rolls were undercooked and mushy. Im not sure which chicken entree I had due to poor labeling, but that was also suspiciously gross. Its bad that I could not even tell what it was based on taste and appearance! The chef managed to butcher the philedelphia roll and the wasabi had a weird, powdery texture. The lo mein was edible and the plain white rice was okay most likely because it was safely prepared in a rice cooker. I thought the fudge stripe cookies would be okay since the restaurant did not prepare them, but they were warm and stale which is a wretched combination. When we left to pay, the waitress pointed at the tip line and exclaimed, "What? No tip?" as if any of the food was remotely acceptable. Then, she inquired about my boyfriends nationality as if somehow his dissatisfaction with the food was due to ethnic background rather than poor food preparation. $35 dinner bill for yesterdays lunch and last years cookies. To make EVERYTHING worse, my fortune cookie did not even have a fortune in it :(

IT WAS AWFUL! The worst experience at a buffet by far. I am seriously warning you not to go here for the sake of food borne illness. I am ashamed I let my children eat here. We were the only table on a friday night at 7:00, that should have been my first warning. We started off with hot tea that was virtually water (which btw I paid 2.79 for). The chicken was gross, the boneless ribs rancid. The only good thing was the bought coffee cake. Btw no ice cream either! Do not go!

My mother and I went here to grab lunch. The lady at the front stared the entire time, very rude. The food was all undercooked and old. Nothing tasted good, fruit flies all over the place. 25$ for me, my son, and my mother none of us even ate a full plate. Then the lady gave us the check knowing we were very unhappy, she got a 25¢ tip and hovered while we paid. Then yelled "Oh! No tip" several times. Waste of time even walking in this place. Go to the crab spot next door.

Dont even read and just drive somewhere else please. The food doesnt taste good or is even cooked right. I tried a few different foods and I just couldnt eat it . I asked the manager if I could just leave after a few bites of the first plate and she said I could get a dollar off at the front. the lady at the front gave me such a hard time and then pointed at my receipt for the tip line. Im sorry but i couldnt find anything good about this place.

This is the best Chinese/Japanese buffet Ive tried in Jacksonville so far. I know others complained about the price but for what you get I think its fair. They have a very large variety including good Sushi and even tempura, which you dont often see at buffets. When I want this type of food, Ill definitely come back here. It doesnt hurt that its close to my home and not in an overly crowded shopping area either.

This place was a waste of money. First, they ran out of sushi multiple times. The meat is tough, dry, and bland. They dont have much of a selection of dessert, and lastly, the sponge cake was so dry, I almost chocked. Not worth the money! Nice people though, thats all. Oh, and dont drink the tea, it tasteseems as if they dont clean theit tea dispenser.

food quality has gone down drastically . been there three times hoping that the food quality would go up but was a disappointment each time the food on the buffet are cold they do not seem refill those they are empty buffet used to be great with the previous management or when the name used to be wasabi

The food here was terrible and overpriced ($12 per person). Ordered sweet tea to start but it was cloudy and I didnt chance drinking it. I asked for Dr Pepper instead. All of the food on the buffet was stale and had very little flavor. I do not recommend eating here. It is a waste of money.

The food is old and has no taste. Even the tea and lemonade didnt even taste good. Paid for 12 people and felt completely ripped off. 12.99 per person. After complaints about the quality of the food, the lady didnt apologise or even offer a discount. Stay away from this establishment.

Food was terrible, had 2 plates for me and my wife because there was no food, "chicken" was so salty and the desert was like old or something. Paid 33$ for 2plates and old fruits. The waiter than waited for a tip, and asked for a tip.. DISRESPECTFUL

I when to this place with my family. food was cold to top it up when we when to pay there were 3 separate tickets and they accept only one coupon . The lady come out with the excuse the is one coupon per table.

Waitress was very polite and eager to please. Crab meat was hard stuck in shell.. general tso chicken so hard could chew it.. rice was crunchy. Everything seemed over cooked. Or old
