Its always nice to treat yourself to a Baskin Robbins treat every now and then! Interconnected with Dunkin Donuts killing two birds with one stone in regards to lunch break if youre within the area, read my delegate Dunkin Donuts if your looking for information of that side of the fence as I will be talking about BR. All of your treats are freshly prepared in front of your as well as being complete with complimentary samples of a treat of your choosing, it isnt just ice cream you are treated to but shakes and blends as well, so if youre ever between two flavors, why not have both blended? Make your own combinations and discover your own personal favorite every time you come by! Its a very fast and efficient staff that try to have a sense of urgency when it comes to taking and completing orders. My personal favorite has always been the plain and strawberry, but if you are accustomed to the quality and deliciousness of BR, youll understand this has always been the finely crafted flavor of all 32. Check this place out, or a closer location if you have one, Bring out the kid in you! 4/5

Worst experience, I have ever had when ordering a birthday cake! You cannot make changes to your order or cancel your order if needed, SO BE AWARE! When I contacted the store and spoke to several employees, I was told to call back when a manager was on duty to receive a refund. However, when you call back to speak to the manager (WHO WAS RUDE) they deny that you have spoken with anyone, just to try to keep your money! Every time you call, its always let me get your name and phone number someone will call you back...and no one ever does, as I was told by an employee who works there!

Was instructed to go online for custom order. Online doesnt allow custom order and instructs you to call the store. Called the store and i can only imagine her as the person with the worst phone manners ever answers and instructs me to go online again. Told her online doesnt allow custom orders. She doesnt ask me to hold or place me on hold, instead she just screams to someone "do you want to deal with this customer." Apparently this job is too stressful for her. If she made $15/hr I may have to seek counseling.

Stood there for 10 minutes at the ice cream counter and were completely ignored. Finally a woman came to scoop ice cream for another order and was standing directly across the ice cream case from us. My husband started talking to her, and she just rolled her eyes and walked away. They were busy, but a simple "well be with you in a minute" was all we were looking for. What a terrible employee. We eventually left because no one would even acknowledge our presence. We will never come here again.

We waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes with no service so decided to go in. No one was in line inside or outside and I waited again 10 minutes inside! I ordered a Reeses Sundae which I was the told theyre out of Reeses. So I ordered an Oreo sundae. They only put in 2 small scoops of Oreo ice cream and filled the rest with whip cream. I paid $6.72 for this junk. There were 4 people working in there and the service was AWFUL. I will not be going back to this location.

I frequent this store a lot. Food and drinks are always great. The area is always clean inside and outside the store. The speediness of the order is based on the inside and drive thru traffic. But its never excessive. The only downside is parking. If you are going inside to get out during peak times (all day) You must park in the back.

The service was rude. I work in customer service and they are very damn rude. Act like we bother them when we ask questions. The donuts that are suppose to have cream in them dont. And they dont seem to ever have half the icecreams... I would rather drive half way across town then go to this one again.

They never have the basic flavors like chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. I come here with the kids every Sunday and the always run out of those flavors. Last time here for me they suck.
